HONESTY. One of my biggest problems with mechanic shops is being screwed over. These guys were 100% honest with me with my tires/brakes. There was a HUGE opportunity to take advantage of me and they didn't. I will NEVER go to anyone else! They listened to me and instead of shooting prices and cutting me off they took my car in and talked me through and exactly what was going on and how they were going to fix it. They care about their customers and I am so thankful!!! Thank you so much you guys and Burbank tire!!!!

Had a great experience with this place! The guys were nice, efficient, communicated well, and didn't try to pull any BS (I'm clueless about cars). Would go to them again!

If I could give it a zero I would. Very unpleasant, rude attitudes. Came to inquire about a tire and was told “not here, not today!” They never greeted me nor asked what kind’ve tire I was looking for. Not sure if it was because I’m black or not, but they did not even attempt to help me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Twice I've taken vehicles with busted tires here to get them replaced, and they were able to order and receive the tires and replace them all the same day. Service is fast and staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they make good recommendations for other care or tools that your car may need.

Went to get a tire mounted and balanced . They apparently dont have any one qualified to install them . There are children running around . Not sure how this guy stays in business if he can mount and balance a basic tire off car

came in for an alignment told me i need thousands of dollars worth of repairs took it to the dealership and nothings wrong with the car, then pushed me to leave a five star review before they even looked at my car

5 stars go out to Zman and his impeccable speed, performance, & honesty. He was the only person in Baton Rouge who had the tires I needed for an RV on hand. I got 4 new tires for under $500, including labor, in less than 2 hours. My only issue we had was with the red-headed lady that works in the office area. She seemed very annoyed and bothered when we went in both times. The first time was to leave my number so they could call me when my tires were ready. I told her the guy sent me in to leave my number etc, and she just turned around and did another task. I grabbed a peice of paper & pen from the desk myself n just wrote the info down. When she finished ignoring us, I handed her the paper. We left. About 2 hours later, (the guy gave us an estimated time) we didn't get a call, so we drove back. My tires were ready & waiting stacked up outside. We were confused as to why she didnt call, but figured it's no big deal. We went inside to pay. Z man was inside (he was really nice!) As well as the red head. Once again, she seemed flustered & was impersonal towards us. My girl n I were talking to one another and Z a bit & 1 swear word was uttered in the convo. The red head yelled at us for it & said her kids (who we didn't notice & were on some couches in the way back glued to ipads) were there. We immediately apologized but the red head was not forgiving. I've never been yelled at b4 for 1) swearing in an auto shop & 2) while giving someone hundreds of dollars. I hope they find a new desk person with better customer service skills. It's very off-putting. Other than her, Zman and his service were truly the best!

This guys are great, I love how they took care of my car, they did the alignment amazing and I feel very lucky to meet them! They also did in a very fast way and they were so nice that they beside of do the work they gave me a ride

Dennis, Z, and Boyd - a winning team. I've taken my truck to them for years after getting ridiculously over-priced quotes from other shops around town. Dennis swapped my trans, and repaired my lower ball joints for literally THOUSANDS less than I was quoted by other shops. He invited me in the shop to show me exactly what he was doing, I never had to call and ask for an update because he always reached out first to let me know the status of the repairs. Boyd swapped my oil pressure sensor - which literally cost him some blood - but that didn't stop him. He kept going till the job was done and done right. 12/10 would recommend if you're a cost-conscious college student who can't afford to throw down an entire life savings just to get back on the road. Fast service, honest people, and flexible with options for repair and payment. They've got a life long customer in me.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! The mechanics in the shop are extremely friendly.they care about helping you do the best for your car, they don't fool around and try to trick you, they're very kind and the shop is very welcoming. Working on a dinosaur like my car is not easy but they keep her driving well and for that I am extremely thankful to have them nearby 👏👏👏
