This guy is the real deal. I came here due to the reviews. Chad and his staff are fantastic! While my truck was being worked on Chad drove me up to the Industrial Lounge in his own truck. Delicious food by the way. This place is honest as the day is long. They won't nickel and dime you to death. I'm very happy to have found a mechanic I can trust, unlike Jenson Tire or Firestone. Give Chad and his team a try, I guarantee you will be impressed.

Chad burns of Burns Auto Group is one of the nicest people I've ever met. We spoke the entire time it took me to get my sway bar links replaced, which wasn't very long. He had two mechanics work on my car at once so I was in and out. Along with the friendly garage cat that showed up at this place one day years ago, this place is a gem. Because I supplied my own parts I saved a lot, as I only had to pay for the labor. I will be back indefinitely for all my car needs. Chad is a straight shooter and and a breath of fresh air when it comes mechanics. I hope you take your car here too, we must support honest mechanics at whatever cost!

OMG! Could not meet a more nicer, honest, reliable guy!! Service and repair were done in a very short time. He saved me almost $500.00 on my auto repair!! Very Thankful and blessed to cross paths with him!! We will definitely refer all my family and friends to him!

Chad installed a 4” rough country suspension lift kit on my 2018 ram 1500. He had good pricing and kept me in the loop of any issues or set backs. He was also up front and didn’t give me the run around like some places. I will definitely be back when other services are needed.

Good people, doing high quality, honest work, at a fair price. The owner, Chad, is down to earth and when talking with him you can tell he values his customers and takes pride in his work. He treats the jobs he's doing as if he was working on his own car. They do great work at fair and affordable prices. I can't recommend them enough.

I have taken two older vehicles to Chad over the last 12 months and was completely satisfied. His prices are reasonable and he goes through exactly what needs to be done after his diagnosis. He gave me a few options to consider (original OEM parts or aftermarket). This is an honest reliable automotive shop!

If you're reading this do not take your car to any place else but here. And I will not take my car anyplace else but here. Cars are our investment and Chad's shop is his investment. He took such good care of my car and went above and beyond to make sure I got quality work that was done correctly. He looked at the car with me when I drop it off, pointed out the problem. Picked the car up the next day and he looked with me underneath and pointed out everything he had done to my car. He will not settle for %99.9. he does not markup parts prices by huge amounts he will actually tell you what it costs and his labor rate is a fair rate. I know what it should cost for a mechanic to fix, and that's what I paid. Make this shop your go to shop for your repairs and maintenance. Best shop in west Omaha. Finally! A mechanic I can trust!

Great service and price. Took my Ram there, they had it done in a couple hours. They didn't inflate the cost of the repair, told me how much the part was (I already knew, but nice to know they weren't just trying to charge me more), and the time it would take. Good service is hard to find, but these guys are great. Would highly recommend them.

I've known chad for a few years now. He's a very honest guy. Every car he sells, he makes sure it's ready for the road. I hear about the cars all the time. And all he really cares about, is making sure the cars are solid and reliable. Chad will never sell a lemon, he actually cares about what he's selling...and who he sells it to.
