While rotating my tires in my garage, I noticed a screw in one tire. I took it off the car went to Burt Brothers for a repair. Brady took it right in and repaired it, then sent me on my way. I appreciate Brady accommodating me and getting me out of a bind.

Came here for an oil change and they were courteous and made it so easy!! They didn’t try to upcharge me or talk me into anything, but did give suggestions on what their technicians found and why it would be important to think about getting it done, as well as provided estimates of how much it would cost! I would 10/10 recommend Burt’s Brothers!!

I came in with a flat tire. They fixed it for free and would not take my money. I will remember that and be back when I am ready for new tires. Definitely recommend these guys.

I have been here for 2 hours waiting on my car that had an appointment. I was told they could change the tires on my car yesterday but it would take 2 hour wait or 8 could schedule an appointment at 10 and they will be ready for me. Yet here I am sitting here for 2 hours into my appointment. They didn't even start working on my car til 11:20! I did not leave til 115. Not to mention they also tossed all the tires that came off my car in the back of my Mercedes and instead of staking them how they were found piled them and all the tires took a tumble soon as I pulled out. Crushed my whole back panel and almost shattered my windshield. Extreamly dissatisfied.

Wow! I am so disappointed. I called this morning to get a quote on tires and the salesperson was great. My appointment time was 1 pm and I was told it would take 30 minutes so I decided to wait. My wait time was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I overheard their hourly charge for labor is $145. I received a $60 discount on my alignment. So apparently my time is worth about $30 an hour. Now I’m stuck going back for tire rotation and service. We own 7 other vehicles and just moved to the area. I was hopeful we found a good shop. So disappointing. Not only that but when I got into my car there were greasy finger prints on my center console and the radio was blaring. I guess when you walk in and there’s a sign warning you they aren’t responsible for damage to your car in their shop or on the premises it should be a red flag.

My coworker and I stopped in around 4:30 on a Thursday. Our rental car had a low tire pressure warning and what looked like part of a nail in it. We were hoping to make it back to LA that evening but were certain that we would have to delay and get a hotel room for the night between getting it fixed, calling the rental car company, delaying other rental returns, and generally herding all the cats to get the situation sorted. Brady and Jesus were attentive and actively helpful. Helping us bill the service directly to the rental car company (helping us to keep what would be *another* client reimbursement off our credit cards.) About 30 minutes after we arrived, the tech walked into the waiting room for what we thought would be an initial assessment of the damage, but to our surprise they informed us they had removed the screw from the tire, repaired it, inspected the others, and we were all set to get back on the road. Brady and Jesus were absolute rockstars and saved the day. Regretfully I did not get the technician's name, but if the business owner/a manager reads this it was whoever patched the front passenger wheel on a black Chrysler Pacifica in the afternoon on 1-9-25. These three employees were wonderful representatives of your business and carried themselves with a friendliness, helpfulness, and overall good-demeanor that reflected wonderfully on them as individuals and on the company they represent. Easy 5 stars.

That confidence made me feel comfortable with their advice, and with that came trust. Brady and the front staff made buying tires a smooth and quick process. I was passing through on my way to CA and low tire ressure light came on and called the nearest tire center which was the Burt Brothers. Brady was able to get me in right away and fixed the flat and didn't charge me for anything. What an awesome outcome to what I thought was going to be a miserable experience. Brady even offered my kids some donuts. Sadly I don't live in UT but lucky for UT residents that place like this still exists. Thank you so much BRADY! Burt, give this guy a raise please.

I’ve been on contract out here for the past year and a half and have gone to Burt Brothers for all my mechanical needs. They have always been fair in pricing, timely and service, and very friendly. I feel they also do a fantastic job of sharing their knowledge with their customers. I recently had my 100k service done on a Nissan Altima (infamous for random issues) and my check engine light came on along with my MPG dropping. Apparently a second hand sensor the previous owner put in had gone bad and was causing my fuel to mix improperly. After multiple diagnostics and days the guys at Burt Brothers finally figured out what the problem was and had a fix the next day. Throughout this process they were extremely patient and didn’t charge me a penny until the problem was fixed. Special shout out to Jonathan! Throughout the issue he was always on call for me and worked diligently on fixing the problem. All in all, you can trust these guys with your car and time 👍🏻
