I brought them my new car to install my dashcam and Mike and Thomas did a great job with the install and charged me less than I was quoted several other places. And the completed the job in less than half the time they said it would take.

my Camaro brakes have been squealing ever since i got my rear brakes and rear rotors replaced by busy bots team on September 22 2023 I contacted them and what really makes it bad is my brakes weren’t squealing before going i went in for something else which lead to them recommending i get rotors and brakes replaced which they were low and i did but when i left they were squealing went back multiple times they just add jell here i am still stuck trying to figure out what it is i realized when i clean my brakes they stop for about 2 hours moral of the story i didn't have this problem until i let there team touch my brakes i even gave a good review but after all this time i feel i should speak up to this it’s insane just blows my mind i never have had a good mechanic always something else wrong all of a sudden or always trying to get more money a at this point i feel like mechanic wants your car to break down

Just picked up my brother from the repair shop. From what he mentioned he found his “repair shop”. The owner knows a lot about vehicles especially dodge. The prices are reasonable. What else I like is the fact how they contact you before doing anything

I Brought car in on under a warranty to get a repair because they seem to have good reviews. I felt confident they could fix the issue that was fairly moderate fix. I get vehicle back and so happy to have my car in working order. I start driving and i notice there is grease on my steering wheel and side panel I try to not make a big deal of it and clean it off, but then i notice there is a big grease stain on my floor mat! So as i notice this my cmy car is pulling to the left and I felt that was odd because they had just done my alignment a long with my rack and pinion. I also am hearing this vibrating clicking noise and think maybe it's my brakes or what they had just changed. So I message the owner and he is really sorry and says he is going to get me a new mat and to bring the car in and he will look at it. I bring it in and they spend another 1.5 hours on it taking it for test drives and finally it's "done". So i get in my car and right away there is grease finger prints on my side panel and my car is driving straight but the chattering is still happening. I finally take my car and lift it up on jack stand and see that my front passenger lower panel is ripped up and my front license plate is bent slightly inward and there is finger print grease marks all in the front near my lower license plate and my front panel has been ripped like it parked over something to close. I also see that the clamps for the boots on the rack and pinion are not even put on, just hanging there. I explain to the owner again what is going on and he explains that there is NO WAY they could've done that and that he will take a look at it, but NOT HIS OR HIS TECHS FAULT. So they may be able to fix your problem in some cases, but they will cause other problems. I HATE having to have anything negative to say about any company but they where so quick to take the $3600 for the repair but not quick to take the time to do it right and treating someone's vehicle with a little care. I Hate sounding like the “whiny” customer but if someone pays for a repair to be done. It should be done at the very least correctly and not causing more issues. l really just want some type of resolutions to the issues that have happend under their shops care, and I get the passive aggressive "It wasn't us" and promise would get me a new floor mat and Just dragging me along. I don't understand how this is okay.

I am so glad I found this place. My car was overheating and they were able to diagnose, quote and repair my car within a couple days. They are very professional and I felt very comfortable with leaving my car with them. They updated me the whole time they had my car to make sure I knew what was going on. Ask for Ernesto and Alex. so glad I found this place! No one wants car problems and these guys know what they are talking about!

So my car suddenly started leaking vast amounts of coolant and I panicked. I’ve seen this establishment over the years since I live nearby. After reading some positive Yelp and Google reviews, I messaged Busy Bots. The manager, Alex, messaged back right away. I brought it in the following morning, and was indescribably grateful for their honesty, straightforwardness, excellent customer service and quality of work. I’ll definitely bring it back here if and when I need any car repairs. I’ll definitely be recommending this establishment to my family, friends and coworkers. So grateful they put my mind at ease and the car was serviced and ready in a timely manner. 👏

They are good and nice, has a lot of trust and is a nice place to fix a car. They have nice mechanics and managers. And overall did a great job on my car. I highly recommend anyone with car problems to come to this place.

Very friendly and professional, I had a coolant hose leak and they were about to close the shop, and they waited for me to arrive to tighten clamps at no charge. They advised me on what the car needed and brought it back to to them the very next day. Prices are beyond fair, and very prompt with their work.

Great customer service experience. Benny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable & told me everything I needed to get my car fixed. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any work needed on your car over anyone else. Cody was a ROCKSTAR from the jump and got a mountain of services done for me in less time quoted. Everyone else I talked to about it quoted me at a day or two and also for much more however Busy Bots took care of me and got it done in a few hours.

This place felt welcoming the minute I walked in. Very clean, they offered free drinks/coffee/ice cream & cookies while you wait for your car. Service advisor Benny was very helpful, explained to me what my car needed & worked with me on pricing. I'll be coming back again.
