Brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection and they found several small issues, but missed the fact the AC was only blowing cold on the passenger side (a potentially big issue, especially living in Vegas), they missed the washer fluid wasn't being dispensed on the front windshield (a safety issue), and they missed a torn boot on an inner tie rod. To be honest, I don't know what they check on a pre purchase inspection, but I believe AC, suspension, and washer fluid dispenser should be on the list. I gave two stars for their customer service and the other issues they found. I'll attach photos for the bad boot on the tie rod and proof the AC doesn't work on the driver's side.

I have been a loyal customer here for many years, getting all my work done and spending thousands of dollars with them. They've always been professional (with one exception as noted below) and honest with me, and they've done good work. However, today was the last straw for me. I don't understand why this company won't take appointments, and I have had enough of the front salesperson consistently underestimating the time that I'll have to wait. I came in today for a simple oil change and was told it would be a 90 minute wait. I asked if I could schedule it so that I could come back and not have a long wait and was told that wasn't possible. After telling her I didn't have 90 minutes today, she checked with someone and then assured me it could be done in 45-60 minutes. I decided I could make that happen and sat down to wait. 55 minutes later, and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I was frustrated. The clerk now told me it would be at least 30 minutes before they could even start on my vehicle. I don't have time to waste my day waiting in their room while my car sits in the lot. Bring back appointments and I might change my mind and come back, but this dishonesty in time management and lack of concern for the schedule of your customers just doesn't work for me any longer.

Busy Buggy is the best! Most trustworthy mechanic I've ever had. Been a customer for many years. They have worked on all the cars in my family, including my in-laws. When you refer your in-laws, you know they must be good! Marco, is the absolute best. You simply can't find a better person to help with all your car troubles.

Super friendly staff and they finished all 4 my Explorer's brake pads and rotors in JUST a morning! The cost was HALF of what the dealership wanted. It was my first time and I will bring all my needs here in the future.

I had such a great experience with Busy Buggy Auto Repair today! The business was honest, reliable, and super transparent. Carlos (Manager) was very considerate, while the staff made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I haven't had a mechanic shop before that I felt like I could trust until I used busy buggy 2. Multiple services and repairs later and I don't feel ripped off. Carlos has handled everything and seems like a very vital individual. Only gripe would be my hood has been left unlatched after service twice now, but easy fix. I highly recommend.

Honest people and great prices! I took my car to Marco and Carlos at Busy Buggy after other chain and dealerships gave me a laundry list of things wrong with my car for thousands of dollars. They inspected my car, told me what really needed to be done and it cost much less than the dealership. I didn’t need an appointment and I felt well taken care of here. I would highly recommend you bring your vehicle here first for everything from an oil change to major repairs. Fair, honest, dependable people.

Professional and quick diagnosis. The most professional and friendly auto shop I have ever been to in Las Vegas. Had some spark plug work done at a fair price much better than dealer. They did an excellent job and done right on time as quoted. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were also very patient and kind explaining the problem with my 89 year old father. Thank you!

Really amazing business. I left a bad review unfairly after receiving what I thought was an unfair price only to find out that it was the best price in town-they are what they say they are here which is refreshing. Carlos is very sincere and genuine, which is rare to come by and he really helped me out when he didn't have to after me leaving that review, that shows a lot of integrity which I respect. They're very good and if you live nearby you can drive the car off. They'll pick you up and take you back to your location if the car has to be there a while for what repairs you need and it's first come first serve so get there early. If you need an oil change, they're really good and everything's under a warranty for the car for a year or 12,000 MI
