My car was shaking and feeling like it was going to cut off. Luckily Butch's was literally 2 seconds away from where I was. Seemed sketchy at first to be honest but this experience taught me to never judge a book by its cover. The front desk clerk is very helpful and was completely honest with me about how busy they were but she was gonna try her best to get one of the guys to look at it. To my surprise,they got back to me before the end of the day. The price to fix my car was very reasonable and I'd recommend this place to anyone with car trouble. I know where I'll be going from now on. Couldn't thank you guys enough.

The WORST !!! I will never come back to this place. My car doesn’t turn on and I had to tow my car to this place because somebody told me “ it’s the best on town, they’re honest, good prices “ … I had to pay $423.00 yes Four hundreds twenty three dollars for replace “ ONE COIL “ … COIL ( one ) 89.90 !!! Amazon set of 4 US$ 100.00 and now I know that is the easiest thing to do. Take 2 minutes for replace one ! He charged me US$ 89.95for connect the “ computer “ on my car and read the code. The “ computer “ on Amazon cost its “ US$ 28.00 and again it’s the easiest things to do in less that one “ ONE “ minute. Spark plugs ( 4 ) 98.16 !!! Amazon set of 4. ( 25.00 ) Remove and Replace the Spark plugs 93.45 !!! … 10 minutes Job !!! Really . Now that I know how easy was to do it and how cheap COILS CAN COST I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY. They’re A LOT of options and HONEST MECHANICS OUT THERE with less than 50 years in “ BUSINESS “ US$. 28.00 computer ( now it’s mine ) + 28.00 ONE COIL + 25..00 set of 4 spark plugs = 81.00 and it took me 20 minutes to do it. That’s it. That’s abusive !! RESPONSE ! I’m not a liar and you know what you did and YES it was you the one “ FIX “ my car on your shop . I’m not gonna call you and I’m not gonna text you because I’m not gonna have my money back. This is my review and you want a response and this is my response. Beware of this place !!!

We've been going to Butch's for a long time because of the good service and prices. I was very happy to receive the same from Jeff, the new owner. I drove in with a jump-started battery which I HAD to get replaced before I turned the car off. Despite being busy he accommodated me with a smile.

Quick and Friendly? Yes. However, CHECK THE CONDITION OF YOUR CAR BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICE. I’ve gotten an oil change here before. I bring the supplies and just pay for labor. I came in again, the process went smoothly. My car was leaking oil so I did ask him to check where the leak was coming from. Few hours later day, my hood is smoking. Come to find out, the technician, RONALD HENRIQUEZ (which is mostly like the guy that will help you), LEFT A FLASHLIGHT ON MY CATYLAC CONVERTER. I’m assuming he used the flashlight to check for the leak but did not do his due diligence. What caused the hood to smoke was the LITHIUM BATTERY from the flashlight. Because of this man’s lack of mindfulness, I could’ve been seriously harmed!! The lithium battery literally caught fire after it fell from under my car. Since the car was running, everything was hot, therefore causing his tool to melt. I message him with pictures of the snap-on battery that came from the flashlight and he denied it. BE CAREFUL!!!! God forbid Ronald Henriquez works on somebody’s car and kills them from him not doing his job correctly. I attached photos of the parts that the tech left under my hood & of my catylac converter that now has melted plastic from the flashlight. Never again I will trust him to touch my car.

I found Butch's Auto Repair years ago... they are hands down, the most trustworthy mechanic in town. I don't normally take time to write reviews, but because of the service I've received here, I felt it's the least I could do. I've been to them at least 10 times in the past several years... and the service has always been top notch. Thank you Butch and team, I appreciate your quality of work and the fact that you're fair with your prices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Butch's!!!!

I've taken my cars to Butch for years. It's super convenient across the street from my neighborhood. Butch is honest and truly trustworthy. He thoroughly and professionally does what you ask him to do, but will advise you if anything else needs to be done. If so, he always gets your approval first. I like that he checks to be sure your car is safe and reliable as he works.

My family go almost exclusively to Butches. They are always very friendly, and have never once been shady. They are honest about the work they do, and what you will need to get done. They have never tried to upsell or nickel & dime us. I can't recommend Butches enough. If more businesses ran like them, this world would be a better place.

Small shop but very trust worthy and Butch does great work. You don't have to worry about being taken advantage of like you do at the major big franchise shops like pep boys etc..
