I purchased my car here in 2020 and had a great experience for my first car purchase and have been getting it serviced here ever since. Everyone at Byers has always been very helpful and my vehicle is serviced quickly. Recently I had some repairs that were needed and my car was just out of my warranty and they worked with me to find a solution. Ken is always great to work with and takes the time to explain the repairs, I’m an engineer and appreciate the detail he goes into explaining them! I will definitely be getting my next car here again.

Have a hesitation when accelerating from a stop or rolling stop. Took it in to the dealership. Service dept said they looked at it and did a couple updates and had a few techs drive the vehicle and said it’s driving like it’s supposed to. Still have hesitation or turbo lag. Took it in for the first service - oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, etc and it went fine.

While the sales Max and manager Josh were extremely nice, and helpful, we had some incredibly bad luck purchasing my daughter's vehicle. Max and Josh attempted to go out of their way to help us but with a used car there is only so much u can do. BEWARE of used vehicles at this location. The mechanic reset the check engine light, so that when we took the car to our mechanic he didn't catch that anything else was wrong with it, other than a few things. We asked that the things my mechanic noticed to be fixed before purchasing. Not 100% sure those things were even done since the mechanic reset the check engine light. My daughter had the car 1 week exactly and had only driven it 8 times and that equaled to about 15 miles as her job is close by. THANK God I had her purchase the extended warranty on this vehicle because the solenoid went and the o2 sensor. We took it back and Josh did everything he could on his end to have the mechanic fix this. Well they had the car for a week and just reset the light again (not knowing) we picked up friday and we had to bring it back again that following Monday. We took it back again and they had it for another week and a half. We go to pick it up and still had to pay the warranty deductible which should have been covered by them. We have the vehicle for a short about of time and the check engine light comes on AGAIN!!! We take it back, and they look into it. Apparently a wire was bad, but that's not 100% because I was told a couple different things and that mechanic manager comes out and says I should give his mechanic a break because he works on Mazdas not Nissans. YET they fix usef cars and sell them daily 🤔 They did provide a rental and gas BUT if the light wouldn't have been reset in the first place this wouldn't have happened. To make matters worse she has had the car a couple weeks sense and it's already making noise. I would buy a new car from Max or Josh but will never buy a used car again from them. My daughter saved up her money for this car. She drained her savings for this car. It was a waste of sooooo much time, and money. I had to leave work multiple times as did she. Not ok
