A great service experience. Trisha kept me informed as they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and repaired a bracket that had become loose. Demetrius, my mechanic, also replaced the front brakes, which I had put off doing at the previous service visit. My Outback with 54,000 miles is running great.

Byers Subaru in Dublin is a wonderful place to buy or lease a car. John Gregory and Zach Jenkins go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase or lease. They put no pressure on you and are honest. This is my second leased car and I am a very happy customer.

I dropped my Subaru Outback off for its 90,000 mile maintenance on Wednesday evening and by 10 am Thursday I got a text saying it was finished with everything green and ready to be picked up. I was thinking it would be midafternoon, but the Byers crew was really fast! And when picking it up I had a great book discussion with Angela in the cashier office. Great service and great people - a great combination!

I never have a life changing "bad" experience. Sometimes there is a little confusion as to who my servicing manager is and I would like to know myself. lol An electrical outage that kept me there for a better part of a day. However, the service is always prompt and taken care of in a day's time. I drive 45 mins to get there even when another location is closer because I bought my car from them and just like keeping my 1st Subaru's care in house. A great dealership. A great car.

Actual outback 60K miles service was done well. No issues after the service. It’s been 1K miles since then, and still running grate. Why 4 stars? Compare to my previous visit, the service advisor was less informative and did r fee comfortable asking g her questions. Perhaps, she didn’t feel well that day or something. Maybe it will be better next time. I wish I had same service advisor from previous visit.

After THREE trips up to the Subaru maintenance dept. my car is still not fixed. I took my car for repair to the seat frame that had become detached. After I paid $85 for someone to tell me, “yes,” the frame is detached (duh!), it was “fixed” with appx an inch of hard, sharp plastic hanging over. Just enough to dig into my calf! My options were to pay an additional $1100 or risk injury to my leg! I was given a loaner car in anticipation of another appt to fix the fix. When it was obvious that this was going to take some time, I returned the car, only to find that they had not left the key in the car as I was told they would do. So now I’ll be making a FOURTH trip (120 miles! For each trip!) to pick up my key and ANOTHER if they decide to fix it there! I’m very frustrated with this dealership and the amount of time I’ve wasted to get something repaired that should have been done the first time. I called customer service and after being transferred to several departments, I’m to wait to see if Subaru will cover something that is obviously a part that does not fit! C’mon Subaru! We all expect more of you! Stand by your product.

I had a check engine light on my 2019 Outback, so I stopped at the service department and found out nothing was wrong. They think it was the new battery. I then went into the new car sales and had them give me price towards a new 2025 Outback XT two days later I was riding out in a beautiful new car. Everyone from service, sales and finance were very professional and nice. Will be back in 5 years for a new car

I went in without an appointment to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. They warned me it would be a 2 hour wait, but I had brought a good book. They found I had a brake light out and my rear windshield wiper needed replacing. Even adding those, I was out in 2 hours and was charged a reasonable price.
