I had dropped my car off 3 months ago because my O2 sensor was cut on my vehicle I bring it in and talk to Ryan who says he is the manager and when they hook it up he tells me it’s the catalytic converter and my sensors when I get my car back after almost a month when they told me it will be 1 week at most the receipt showed them doing that and also my keyless remote entry which was never discussed and here I am in a different state being told the check engine light I have on is my catalytic converter and they threatening me to pay my car note which I have to physically walk in and pay since their system doesnt allow me to do it online or over the phone for the past 2 years but clearly I need my car fixed to get back home it’s just ridiculous how money hungry they are making a consumer report against them

I bought my vehicle from .27th location and it’s been having a coolant issue since 01/30/23. They replaced the transmission this past April (in the shop 33 days)and now a new motor (in the shop for over 60 days). I’m trying to figure out how this is legal for them to sell these bogus cars?

If I could I would give this place a -12 stars or more worst place ever they don’t stand by what they say on the car since I’ve got my car it’s been in there six times I laugh when they say they stand by warranty but then they’re excuse is it’s wear and tear on the vehicle so warranty don’t cover it they cover your engine but not sensors or wiring or the AC they take forever I do not recommend this place to anyone worst place ever if I could give my car up I so would $15,000 for a vehicle used rip off

do not bring ur car here. do not buy from byrider. do not even ATTEMPT to think about it. it will be the worst thing u can do with your hard earned money. All they do here is rip you off. Please don’t go here. you have been warned.

Purchased my car from S.27th oct2022. ITS BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE SHOP SINCE THEN! Not once have I been able to enjoy the vehicle since I had it. My vehicle is in the shop every two weeks when my car note is due and yall harass me at the crack of dawn and even call people that’s not on my application but CANT FIX MY CAR. First week in the car I needed a new battery and alternator because every under the hood was zip tied, not to mention I was going thru a high risk pregnancy and they had my car over a month no type of communication. I LIVE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET I COULD SEE MY CAR JUST SITTING FOR DAYS! Now we in 2024 I’m still having the same issues. I drop it off week later I pick up I’m calling back the exact same day for the same problem plus more. Then here comes all of the different charges! Not never was all these charges before because yall knew it was sold like this! Now browndeer have new workers THEY’RE LOST AND I FEEL LIKE IM GOING THRU THIS ALL OVER AGAIN LIKE I JUST BOUGHT IT! I DON’T RECOMMEND BYRIDER! They only approve ANYBODY because they sell LEMONS! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I WOULDN’T ALLOW A TEST DUMMY IN THEIR VEHICLES! I HAVE 2 babies and I don’t let them ride in the vehicle because I don’t feel safe! I’ve complained so many times.. so here’s my review! Horrible JUST MONEY HUNGRY

They unprofessional they takes weeks just to get your car in and get it fixed the service is horrible they need better staff don’t take your car here they money hungry and just want you to keep spending money what’s the point of having insurance and paying it if you have to come outta pocket somewhere else cause y’all take to long

Had an appointment for 3/28/2024 so I dropped my car off to be inspected and fixed. As I'm telling g the mechanic what the issue is he's not paying attention to me I could tell but he pretends he is but isn't writing anything down. He tells me I could expect my car back by the following week. I get a call the following Monday telling me that my Turbo was fine. But that was not the issue with the car nor the issue I reported and so I explained the issue again to the mechanic over the phone. After they finally found the issue I'm told that it will be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday cones and goes so I give them more time I call that Friday which would have been a week later and they tell they have everything ready the next Monday. Here is Monday I call to get an update first I get put on hold after I tell him I was told it would be ready today and this was the second date given then he comes back to the phone telling me he's the only person there that he needs to call me back and here it is only 1 hour and 25 minutes till they close and still no call back. Wouldn't shop here again. Or recommend it to anyone.

My daughter bought a car, nothing but issues in less than two months it's in for the same issue 3 times. She watched a YouTube video and told them it's the fuel pump. The 1st two times they did nothing because it sat a few days and started up. they finally fixed it. She is still under warranty but she has to get it towed there and guy said no charge only for her to get there and they want 60 bucks. Manager is gone for the day and she refused to leave until they got a supervisor. Not great service at all

I am very upset that my car has been in the shop almost every month since October, however, I do appreciate Ryan’s support. I don’t know about cars and why I keep needing repairs that are hinder of dollars in a short amount of time, but when I get my bill he has been great about working with cnac to help me get a payment plan. Thank you so much .

Oil change took 2 hours of me sitting in the lobby, but considering I called the day before to make the appointment and they were able to get me in next day, plus it only cost $20, it was worth it. Next visit was for my power steering. Dropped it off at 830am, they had it done by 330pm and for $100 less than what I was quoted. Makes me glad I bought my car through them if they have this good of service.

Very slow and inaccurate service I wish I didn't rent from them and have to get serviced here Please save your money for a real dealership and do not rent from them if you have that option it's not worth it buying from them it's great until you need their service or warranty

ONLY TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BREAK IT AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR A BROKEN CAR. COULDNT EVEN DO A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE WITH OUT CRACKING THE CAP CAUSING OIL TO LEAK COMPLETELY OUT AND ALMOST COMPLETELY RUINED THE ENGIN. FROM A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE…….

These people will sure scam you right out of your hard earned money as if your not already paying enough for your car and insurance I’ve had nothing but problems with this location every time I go there my car has more problems than when it got there and they leave grease stains all over the car! Like come on! But this last week took the cake! Not only did they loose my car keys then delay the work a week they tried to charge me twice for work they just did a month before! they told me I had a belt covered in oil I told them no don’t change it, on my receipt it says I refused the service I checked it myself it was perfectly new still from when they changed it a month ago like talk about a lawsuit! I will NEVER! Take my car here again! They simply CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

I’ve been waiting to hear back from the Brown Deer service department for about 2 in an half weeks just to check on a warranty that according to the contract they should cover. I’ve been ghosted on several call backs that they promised to return. I’m highly frustrated with this service thus far!

They had my car for a month I guess because my parts was on warranty and they wouldn't make money off me then when I said I was coming to get my car and take it somewhere else my car was fix next day
