I have to be able to trust that my car is being properly serviced. C & C has always made me feel that I am being taken care of and not taken advantage of. They know my car and are extremely customer oriented. I won’t go anywhere else.

Went to get a car alignment. The front end was worn due to high mileage and it could not be completed. I offered to pay for their time and they replied, “no charge.” Amazing. :)

This was my first time at C&C auto. The staff were very professional and courteous. They do a full inspection of your car while servicing it. My favorite part was they not only explain in detail what is going on with your car, but they also take pictures for you to see what they'retalking about. I will definitely be taking my car to them from now on.

This was my first time ever visiting c&c auto, this was a good experience. They had to work on my vehicle for a couple days and they even gave me a loaner vehicle! That was definitely a plus to my visit , will definitely be visiting them again

The service great, we had a few misunderstandings but soon found out it was due to the age and high mileage of the car. They provided multiple services and did their best to find the issue, which required a lot of technician work. Since it was looking for a needle in a haystack. I would highly recommend coming here because of the effort and time they take to truly fix the problem.

We’ve done several state inspections at this location. The agents are helpful and courteous. I love the option to receive notifications and quotes via text. Very convenient.

C&C has been wonderful to go to after having a bad experience with a few other servicers in the area. They are trustworthy, don't oversell or undersell a problem, and are very easy to work with. I'm moving out of the area so I'm sad to have to find a new place closer to me. If you are just moving in or want to try somewhere different, DEFINATELY go here. They will take care of you.

I have never been to an auto shop that was this honest! They give you pictures when they send you a work order so you don't feel like they're taking you for a ride. Tyler at the front desk was amazing in keeping me updated, and was super kind and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are incredible! Gave me an appt. very quickly and were very open and transparent about pricing and options, not just to me but to other customers. Mike in particular was fantastic - gave up an hour of his time to help me, went for a drive, and didn't charge me at all. Very knowledgeable and very honest - the best mechanics you could ask for!

Wow, I took my car yesterday for a safety inspection. The team was extremely professional. They found two nails in the rear right tire and they found only one had reached the air chamber. I tried to get it fixed before at Southern States Mazda (Northern Raleigh) but the Mazda people did not solved it and pretended everything was ok with the tire. C&C only charged me for one patch even when it could have been simple charging for both. Their work is very HONEST! I am happy my friend recommended this place! The place is extremely organized from the very beginning having a neat appointment reservation system. But personnel is the BEST you can ask for in car services. Really grateful with their help! I will use their outstanding service in the future!
