I had an amazing experience here. My Tahoe was needing a motor So ended up taking it here. The first person I spoke with was Brittany her customer service was amazing you’re not gonna find it anywhere else. She kept me up-to-date from start to finish. She made sure, I was comfortable with everything they were doing. you’re not gonna find that at too many mechanic shop. Micheal was the mechanic that worked on my truck. his mechanical knowledge is unbelievable.. The day I picked up my truck and popped the hood after having the engine replaced. It was breathtaking before Michael replace the motor my wire harnesses didn’t have loom on them there were exposed wires it was just pretty much a rat nest under my hood Everything looks back to factory. I really wish I had some before pictures so I could add them. Michael made sure that I was well taken care of if I have any questions about anything all I had to do was call and they were able to answer it for me and keep me comfortable. Micheal And Brittany, Both went above and beyond their jobs. Their customer service was amazing. The work that they did was amazing. The prices are unbeatable. I would recommend this company to anyone. I appreciate everything they did for me.

They fixed an intermittent problem with my 2000 4Runner that I have been struggling with for months. After picking up the vehicle, I had an issue on the way home. I called them about it and within minutes they came to my house to check it out! Now that's great customer service! Turned out to be a loose wire. I highly recommend these folks!

Went to have my vehicle inspected and Norman made sure my vehicle was safe for the road and didn’t try to sell me on anything that my vehicle didn’t need, greatly appreciate the service and friendless of the staff, definitely will send more business here

My friends recommended C & J Auto on Jefferson Davis Highway. I needed some work done on my car so I stopped in for a quote. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and explained things to me that I could understand. I was given a fair price and they were able to take care of my car the next day! I couldn’t be happier. I have bought my 21 Hyundai venue up there for inspection and everything was good. The gentleman was doing everything right it was on everything he was on time as my time was scheduled.He was a very good inspector. I will definitely come back to y’all for C-Jay Auto and spread the word to everybody else with the place you can go and get inspections

Had to return 3 different times to fix the same issue, mind you it was over $3500 worth of work for the initial visit. After I got the head gasket and valve cover gasket replaced and an entire list of other repairs, the vehicle continued to overheat and had major oil leak issues. I returned it twice and they replaced the valve cover gasket again and about a month or so later I was STILL having the same issues with the vehicle. I ended up having to junk the car after over $4000 worth of work with them. Completely ridiculous experience. If the mechanics weren't equipped to make the repairs I would've rather been told that than having to fork out all this money and end up having to purchase another vehicle. All in all I've lost $44,000 having to pay for the repairs, paying the inoperable car off, and ending up having to purchase another vehicle in the end after dealing with this shop.

I so appreciate the staff fitting me in the schedule for my state inspection for my truck. They were helpful and informative of what was happening in the process of the inspection. This was my first visit to this shop and I'll definitely be going back for my repairs!

I was pleased with their friendly environment and customer service. I had never been to this establishment. However, my Goddaughter (Antonia Saunders) needed to have service preform on her Vehicle. Of all of the Auto Repair Shops which I have visited, C & J Auto and Truck Service is now top of my list. They do through work. They made sure that before my Goddaughter and I left, that they wanted her Vehicle to be fixed right the first time. I want hesitate to allow them to service my Vehicle when the time comes. C & J A Auto Truck Service made my Goddaughter very happy.

Marc is a Master mechanic and has a good crew of mechanics that can fix any issue you may have. I have trusted Marc with my cars for years. Now my kids use C&J for their cars. I personally highly recommend 👍
