I took my daughter's car in for an oil change and wasn't expecting it to be that quick service is great and friendly customer service they exceptional 👌 work their so if you need mechanical work done this is a great place I recommend it 💯.

Don’t get your car fixed here if you want to get scammed. I left my car to get it fixed and came back with scratches from the outside and inside. Not only that but they can’t set there mind on a certain price. This place is really unprofessional

Worst car shop in Bakersfield, was promised a $600 fix on my car, but came alone this time and was charged an extra $300 for the same fix by a different employee, no extra fixes in the timeline of this exchange. Not only that, MY INTERIOR HAS NEW SCRATCHES AND MY GLOVEBOX HAS BEEN REMOVED. How can you call yourself an auto repair shop and do extra damage?

SCAM !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!! Please do not bring your car here you will regret it!!!! They will milk you for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, keep your car for months and your car will be worse than what it was before you brought it to them!!!! I should have checked the reviews they have more bad reviews than good! Shame on you to do this to people who spend they hard earn money and last money to get they car fix and allow the car to be available for pickup when it’s NOT FIXED. Enjoy your 2,000$ while my car is still breaking down in the middle of the road !!!! 😡🤬

Sad to say I was recommended to this place and I was so disappointed. They broke a part that wasn't suppose to be part of the oil change and they broke it. I still had to pay, they should take responsibility when they work on you're vehicle 😒

I took my vehicle for a free on service and theh charged me 300 $ for it to end up having problems one week later so I had to go back and they got another 200$ to fix the problem they made themselves for not properly inspecting the parts and now they “ found “ the problem which was suppose to be found by the faulty parts they had. They don’t respect their terms of service policies and dosr their customers by racial profiling people and are xenophobic and now 500$ short with still no A/C. The lady said “ it is what it is “ when I mentioned about me paying all the money which takes me 1 week for me to make. At the end of it the manager mechanic came outside and was verbally assaulting me to leave while I was a passive customer.

Son unos rateros no hacen bien su trabajo, fui a que le arreglaran el a/c la primera vez fueron 300, ala siguiente semana lo lleve por que no quedó bien y fueron otros 200, ahora a lo lleve otravez por que sigue sin servir el A/C y que ahora era que otra cosa y que me van a cobrar 2,100 que tenían que hacerle otro trabajo y la persona que está ahí dijo que no le podían dar crédito de nada después de 500 que ya le había pagado y me quede sin a/c y sin mis 500, así que ese lugar ami me lo recomendaron pero yo no lo recomiendo

Great people but slow every time. Busy or not. The price is great but with one car I am stuck for hours. They only give you what you ask for so either be very specific when you self diagnose the vehicle or be very specific with the problem and moments it occurs so they can check or you may ended coming back when it's worse. Make sure whatever you tell the assistance up front that you tel the mechanic as well directly because they may not read the notes initially.

I bought a mini cooper from Auto Empire for my daughter that came with an Omega warranty and was recommended from the dealer after only having it 2 weeks to take it to this shop to have repairs done. I got it back after having the turbo replaced and had to turn around and take it back because it still had smoke coming out of the tail pipe. They wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee, but ended up giving me half off. When we got home and opened the hood we found a rag and a hose that was part of the PVC disconnected. So do your research, don’t buy from Auto Empire, don’t take an Omega warranty and find another mechanic shop. I would have given no star but had to gave a star to post.

To say my experience was great is an understatement. My experience was AWESOME!! These folks helped us out with the highest professionalism and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Told me and showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Made the repairs timely and was budget friendly. Amazing customer service and professionalism. I spent all day at work today telling everyone I saw about this place. Excellent job C&J. I will absolutely be a customer for life. This is not fake or a joke I am serious when I say this is old school service and it is appreciated and respected!! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Thanks again for a great experience!! Much respect to you all!!

After spending 245$ to get my oil leak fixed. About a couple months after it started slowly leaking again. It wasn't until a week before my warranty I tried to take it in. Although they said they were booked. They told me to call but automatic dial tone. Anyhow, its still leaking and nothing was resolved. Now, I understand they have good intentions. But for 245$ I would assume it wouldn't leak again.

I paid for this place in Rosedale $2,000 repairs on my 1993 Toyota 4Runner. One month later and countless runarounds, plus I spent another $200 on a part they forgot. They kept my truck for 5 weeks! It was returned dusty and greasy from hood area. I feel like they forgot to work on it and did a rush job. DO NOT USE THiS REPAIR SHOP!!! Unprofessional , unresponsive, and unreliable .

Needed spark plugs changed on my suv. Everywhere I called wanted to charge me $200+ or wouldn’t do it without running a diagnostic. PAC changed out my spark plugs for under 100 bucks! That was the price for just labor I provided the parts. The staff and pricing so far is outstanding!
