STAY AWAY!! Bobby the owner may act professional on the phone but once you get there complete train wreck. After I was ripped off on on diagnostics hos estimate was 1000 dollars more than three other shops I called. Trying to charge 1800 to put in a fuel pump, and the other three place I called were like he must of made some kind of mistake but I talked to him he was sticking with that insane price, the repair mechanic book calls for 3.5 hours to do the job and he would of profited over 1200. Trust me look into other places you'll save yourself a huge headache and money, he actually stood up yelling after I called him a con artist which is nothing but the truth. So I took my truck to another garage saving myself just about 1200 dollars.on top of it he lost my keys and is still looking for them, so I'll have the pleasure to deal with him again when I get my keys back or he buys me a new chipped key. So bring your spare key when you go pick up you vehicle 🙄 this place should be looked at by the better business bureau 💯%, scam artist!!

Brought my 99' Ford ranger there when my transmission basically exploded. I took it to CJs and they took care of my truck and got a new transmission, new flywheel, and new clutch assembly. Everything was perfect when I got my truck back. I would also like to mention that they actually HONOR their warranty. I had a little problem with shifter having some play while in gear. I took it back and they replaced the part that was broken and had me back on the road! I would also like to mention when I brought it back under warranty they diagnosed a idle air control valve that was faulty on my truck for free! I will always bring my vehicles here. Called CJ’s and talked to Bobby. He is like a scripted AI robot. Anyways…he told me to bring in my vehicle and “they” will test the vehicle. Was told that they have a $4000.00 & a 10,000 machines that will inspect anything wrong with the vehicle. Then was told..”We” will run the tests but if you decide not to have the repair with them..can you cover the cost of the techs..which said was around $400.00. Got a call back from Bobby and he said that the “First” test showed there was an issue but “they” needed to perform another test with the “10,000” test machine. So at this point I say ok. I called Bobby a few days later and he say “I was just about to call you”…ok..sure…whatever…he says that the transmission needs to be rebuilt. Told me that it would cost 4800.00. So Bobby calls and says..the vehicle is done and come pick up. When you can. Upon pickup…Bobby says that 2 mechanics drove it for 25 miles a piece and the vehicle is operating like it should. My wife drives down the road and calls me…She said the mileage on the dash was 3 miles more than when we dropped it off. So obviously he wasn’t truthful. My wife gets home and she said that everything seemed fine. Next morning she goes to work. Makes it to the stop sign and all lights on the dashboard light up. Same as when we dropped off the vehicle. Called Bobby and I told him I am going to have it towed back and I was NOT going to pay the tow bill. He said we will talk later. Bobby calls me and said that the selinoid was bad and needs to be replaced. Immediately I thought…did you not change the part? He said he had to contact an Toyota dealer directly. Picked up vehicle and everything was fine for 2 days. Wife leaves the driveway and there is transmission fluid in the driveway. Call Bobby and he said bring it in and we will see what the problem is. He called me and said that some gasket was leaking. He fixed it and there was no charge. So sorry for the long review but I will NEVER go back to CJ’S Transmissions. I want you all to know that this is a shop to stay away from!!

From the initial contact with CJ’s the owner, Bobby, made me feel like family. They expedited my request for a diagnostic to be performed, invited me to observe the disassembly process and participate in a one to one session with Rick, the overhaul technician. During our conversation I learned that Rick comes to the table with 37+ years of experience. Once the discussion was complete Bobby provided me with an exact cost estimate and a promised delivery date. Price was very reasonable and delivery was completed well before the promised date. I’m grateful to Bobby and his team for making this happen expeditiously and for treating me like one of the family.

This is a GOOD HONEST shop!! My transmission was slipping bad. Took it to the Chevy dealer in Crystal River. They said I needed to have my transmission rebuilt to the tune of over $2000 contacted CJs they got me right in. Fixed the problem and the bill was less than $300 !! I had never used this business before. Now I recommend it to anyone with transmission issue

I recently had the transmission in my 85 CJ-7 fail. I took the vehicle to a shop in Floral City who took the vehicle apart (way beyond what was necessary) who told me that the transmission was bad and that they could not fix it. Long story short, I ended up taking the parts and pieces to CJ's, they ordered a refurbished transmission and reassembled they entire thing for a very reasonable price. Bobby Taylor, Dillion and the team are great people and their workmanship is top notch for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend CJ's.

While they did rebuild my transmission at a cost of $4700 (absolutely insane amount of money), I went back in for their check up on the transmission to make sure nothing was wrong, I dropped it off at 8:30AM and told them that I needed it back before the end of day. Fast forward to 4PM, no calls on progress or condition of the car all day so I go back up there to find out what’s going on just to find out that they had not even started to do a check up which I was told would only take 20-30 minutes. When I asked for the keys back so I can drive it off the lot and take it home, they conveniently “lost” the keys and tried to say I never gave them the keys even though at 8:30AM I set the keys on the desk. Good work but awful customer service

Bobby is absolutely phenomenal, he has went above and beyond for me. He has been nothing more than what I can put into words as “human”. Not knowing me from Adam, he has truly done very right by me. Took my Jeep in with a transmission issue, they did a full diagnostic service and determined it was just a bad relay which they replaced. Easily could have claimed I needed a new transmission. Bobby and his team are professional and honest truly refreshing in any industry. Thanxs CJ’s

I can't thank CJ's Transmissions enough!!! I took my Nissan Frontier to the dealership for diagnosis, they charged me 212.00 and said I needed to replace the transmission and wanted almost 8,000. I took it to CJ's for a second opinion, I spoke to Bobby Taylor at the front desk, he was very kind and said they would do the diagnosis at no charge for a second opinion. I left there feeling hopeful. Bobby called a couple days later to discuss the issues with my truck, it only needed a replacement component, Not the entire transmission, also they found a leak in my radiator that I was unaware of. They had my truck for a little over a week. Bobby is so kind and so patient, I called so many times as I was very anxious about getting my truck back because I need it to do my job. Bobby always took the time to tell me exactly what was going on, always polite even with how busy I know he was. They fixed the problems and got me back in my truck for just 3,000 I was so relieved. I Highly recommend CJ's Transmissions, they are honest and did a great job !!!

Last weekend I took my family to visit Rainbow river and unfortunately I had a problem with the glass on my car door and at that time there was a storm warning in the region so all the commercial establishments were expected to close but I was extremely lucky to find CJ's Transmission still open but they were about to close and I thought I was in trouble but the owner saw my family in that situation made an effort beyond the risk of the storm and fought bravely calling his suppliers who were still open to find the part for my car and together with his team of mechanics they managed to fix the problem masterfully in addition to the kindness and politeness with which they served me and my family. I would like to leave my sincere thanks to the entire team at CJ's Transmission.

I would give CJ's Transmission, 10 stars if I could. I'm an elderly single woman, naive to car repairs. My transmission stopped working. I was given quotes from $2500 - $7000. But when I called Mr. Bobby Taylor, explained my dilemma. He asked me "why I thought I need a new transmission" I replied " because mine is not working". He then explained options and made suggestions, before replacing the transmission. I left my truck there around 1 pm on Monday. Mr. Taylor told me they wouldn't be able to l👀k at it till Tuesday. BUT, Monday evening he called, thought they had found the problem. He explained everything and the cost. I agreed. Late Tuesday afternoon, he called again. He said that was the problem and it was ready for pick up. My truck was at CJ's, 48 hours and completely problem free. The cost was less than $400. Mr. Taylor at CJ's Transmission is the BEST. They are now my GoTo car guys. Highly recommend, and already have. Thank you, Mr. Taylor and your employees, for the awesome experience.

Bobby at CJs transmissions is one of the kindest and most honest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He takes what is often times one of the most stressful moments in a persons day to day life and makes the burden a bit easier to bare with how he explains exactly what’s happening every step of the process. We live here in America, and almost nothing is within walking distance now, we rely on our cars to keep us going, they get us to work, they bring us to see family. CJ’s transmissions will ensure that you are able to continue to do all of those things unimpeded. I know I personally appreciate the work they have done for me.

These guys are amazing! Bobby will go above and beyond to make sure your problem is resolved. His mechanics definitely know their stuff. Two different shops had their hands on my Mustang both of them botched it. Bobby and his guys corrected the botched work and fixed it properly! These are definitely the go-to guys in this area!

Terrible services honestly my fiancé had his vehicle in and it’s still not fixed. They don’t even fix it they half a$$ it and call it good… wouldn’t recommend especially if they don’t do what’s suppose to be done.
