I went to this shop on Monday evening to get an estimate on a problem with a 2013 Kia Optima.There is rattle on the passenger side wheel area.Well,the car went with the owner's wife overnight,and returned to the shop on Tuesday.By the time that the "estimate"was completed,at first,it was stated that there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle,but as the day went on,all four tires were rotated.This was not asked for,nor was it given permission to be done.When this was finished,I was charged over $62.00,and it was stated that repairs would cost upwards of $2,000.Of course,that is way above what could be afforded.Suffice it to say, we're not going any further with this place,as before this time,we haven't had any major problems with the car.I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else,as money these days is too hard to Actually,giving this one star is giving it too much credit.

Great shop great mechanics. They fixed a problem on my car that two other shops could not. They are thorough and they know what they're doing. Chuck takes care of his customers. John and the guys are awesome. I won't go anywhere else from now on

They had multiple people work on my truck for a simple brake job and to fill the rear diff with gear fluid, they messed it all up and shorted some wires causing me more hassle and the gear fluid leaked out immediately. Brakes seem alright though. They did however lie about what happened when I got ahold of them and trash talked me on Facebook when it got brought up there. Lame company with poor service and even worse customer service. I’d bet their mechanics aren’t certified either after what I went through.

I'm not from this area but had heard good things about C&K. My mother & I both have now taken our vehicles to them. I've taken mine a couple times, they stand behind their warranty work, always pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to friends.
