Experienced, professional, fast, and courteous service can be expected all the time , every time. So, one day my vehicle barely made it and stalled in front of his shop. It had to be pushed a few feet to keep out of the street but Carlos and his staff took care of it. Almost immediately (and I mean within SECONDS) Carlos was able to diagnose the problem and explain what happened and why and give me a most accurate estimate on the spot. And he did it without ever looking under the hood of my car. All I did was tell him what happened on my end. Sure enough, what he said was worth was exactly correct and he was able to fix it and have my car ready the very next afternoon. Carlos and his employees are super courteous, welcoming and as knowledgeable and hard working as one can possibly be in their line of work. Conveniently, they are also very prompt in doing the repairs and I have had no issues whatsoever since. I will always get my vehicles worked on here for as long as this company operates. The location is on Basse between San Pedro and McCullough. Everyone at this shop is eager to help and get you back on the road in a timely and guaranteed affordable manner. Carlos will NEVER take advantage of your wallet, in fact, his pricing on most all his work is better than most I've experienced prior to bringing my vehicle here. Worst place ever !! DO NOT GO HERE , scammed me and my mother ! Never have I ever been so disrespected before ! These people are horrible , literally had to call the cops to get my car back ! They will scam you and laugh in your face . Save your money and time because I promise you this place is not a good business !
