Came here at 10:30 PM on Saturday night to get my tire leak patched up and light bulb replaced. It’s felt surreal because the place was busy as if it was a middle of the day on a weekday. After a short wait, Hayas took care of both items very quickly and well, and I was on my way! Very happy with the service.

These folks aren't exactly customer service gurus, but they are quick and conscientious. You may feel ignored when you walk in, and you won't have a long cordial conversation with them, but they'll do a good job, and that's convenient for me since I can walk to and from the shop. They deserve props, though, for going the extra mile when I needed my OPB port fixed for the emissions test. Not only did they fix it, they took the vehicle for the test and handed me the PASS report when I paid for the work.

Ali bhai did an amazing job servicing my car! He changed the engine oil and performed some much-needed engine works. His attention to detail and professionalism are top-notch. My car is running like new again! I've had experiences with other mechanics, like Arbi, who unfortunately didn't provide the best service. His tone and behavior towards customers were disappointing. But Ali bhai is a breath of fresh air! His excellent work and friendly demeanor make him stand out. Highly recommended. Keep up the fantastic work, Ali bhai!"

Best place to get your car fix in midnight. Brother Ali is the only best mechanic they got. He knows his work very well and helps you understand what needs to be done accurately. I fix my car multiple times under his service. Other mechanics always spread rumors about him being fired or left the job , just because he is the best guy. Trust ne guys, don't believe anyone who says he is not working anymore. He is always available in midnight. Because I experienced this personally where once a hid colleage mechanic told me Ali is fired and next day I was surprised to see him at the shop. The management should get better... cz we come to this shop only for Ali, although we have many other shops as option. So next time Ali is not there, don't panic guys, he will be there next day for sure and don't trust the arabic guy who works in night time if he says Ali not available. Thanks Ali bro for providing great car services this late night. All 5 stars for Brother Ali

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this mechanic shop today. I finished my work early to show my car to the mechanic who usually fixes it, Ali, but unfortunately, he wasn’t there. Instead, there was another guy named 'Arabi Ayaz' working there, and his behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about Ali, his response was dismissive and disrespectful. He outright said, “I don’t know,” and when I inquired further about when Ali would be back, he repeated “I don’t know” without even trying to assist me. I asked if he could call Ali to check or give me a number to contact him directly, and his response? “I don’t have his number.” He didn’t even bother to provide any helpful information or try to resolve my concern. This person clearly lacks basic customer service skills and has no idea how to speak respectfully to customers. It didn’t feel like I was talking to a professional mechanic at all. His behavior and attitude made it clear he either doesn’t know what he’s doing or doesn’t care. I had to leave the shop without getting any answers, wasting my time and effort. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Customers expect professionalism and assistance when they visit a service-oriented business, not this kind of rude and unhelpful treatment. I strongly urge the owner to take this matter seriously and address the unprofessional conduct of Arabi Ayaz. This kind of behavior is damaging to the shop's reputation and will drive loyal customers like me away. If you're considering this shop, be careful about who you deal with. My experience that day was enough to make me think twice about returning.

I've had a mixed experience at this shop. I recently went in to refill my tire pressure, and I was assisted by an Arabic-speaking, clean-shaven man white complexion. He charged me $5 for the service, which seemed overpriced, and when I asked for help, he was rude and insisted I do it myself. I was very disappointed by his unprofessional behavior. However, I must mention Ali, who is always friendly and helpful. He's superb—he provides great service and is always respectful. Based on my last experience, I'll be returning to see Ali but will try to avoid the other individual.

This guy is a rip off I had to come in emergency to get my car repaired because he is open 24 hour. He told me one issue and changed me for labor/parts next day when I go to pick up my car he tells me another issue and wanted to change me additional 500$ for the similar labor that could be repaired first time and when I asked him why didn’t you mention this before. He was very rude and told me he forgot and that’s my problem now since he will be changing me additional amount because he will be doing more labor.

If you need to get your car fixed without any funny business go to this mechanic and ask for Ali Bhai. He fixed my car in just a few minutes and didn’t give me a long list of bullshit like the other mechanics. You can trust him as he tells you the problem and fixes that and doesn’t charge for anything extra.

I have been to this place before but now a new management has bought this, they fixed my car it was a 2 hours job and for that they’ve charged me around $230, which was very expensive I asked them for a discount but they refused as there was no other option in the night. i went to get the part from near by auto-zone when I called for a confirmation of a model number what exactly the mechanic wants the old guy who responded the phone was very rude and was shouting doesn’t allowed mechanic to talk on the phone then hung up and when I have paid the bill he just given me hand written bill on a normal paper. I’ve asked them for a electronic bill and about the repair warranty the old man ignored again when I’ve asked he was aggressive and tried to scare me by his attitude. Put his own finger on his mouth which he was saying don’t ask anything just pay the money whatever we ask. I won’t recommend this store unless it’s an emergency. Because they are open 24 hours

Found myself stranded in a near crisis situation at midnight in Chicago. My alternator decided to die in traffic. Luckily found a tow truck who new right where to take me - C and M! They replaced my alternator at 1:30 in the morning! I really can't believe it! Awesome work guys. I owe you!

The best shop in all of Chicago! I brought my van into this shop, thinking I needed a new fuel pump, but after their thorough inspection, they informed me it was actually a wiring issue. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They could have easily gone ahead with the more expensive fuel pump replacement, but instead, they saved me money and got the van running perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic! I moved from Chicago to Naperville but still take my cars here for there honesty and amazing work!
