Rude guy who talked to me at the desk. Asked about a sensor issue that I was sure it was and he said what’s actually wrong and what I think is wrong are two different things (I know it’s probably because people always misdiagnose their car issues, but it was the way he went about the conversation). Then said they’re booked for weeks…ha! I went to a good place in Bridgeport off a recommendation and they got the car in right away!

Mark and his team are absolutely wonderful people to work with. Everything about getting are car towed, looked at etc. was painless. We will never go anywhere else! Definitely recommend. Prices are more than fair as well. If you have car trouble you won't regret going here!!!!

Best shop and owner ever. Has helped me fix up my car for a good price and also with short notices and 1 emergency visit cause of a flat tire. he gets the car in and the job done.. Go here you won't regret it!!!! Good tire deals also!

I went to this place because it had good Google reviews and it was a short walking distance from my house. However the guy at the front desk was rather short and impolite. He told me it was going to take up to 8hours to plug/repair a tire. So I drove literally next door to E&M Auto and they were very polite and was able to repair my tire in under 30mins.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 15 years. I have taken my car to numerous auto shops in the area who did good work but I felt prices were a little high and the turn around was a long. Mark and team at C&R are honest and fair with pricing. No messing around, up front pricing & turn around is fast. I will not take my vehicle any other place but here from now on. These guys are great!
