Great customer service, took tire in for repair. Had repaired and was not charged due to the fact the hole in my tire was so big. The repair has lasted 2 weeks already. Thanks Randy and team.

My spouse is my mechanic, and my father before that. I am picky when it comes to who gets to touch my cars. My spouse and I both trust the McClanahan family and associates. The waiting area is like a mini antique/junk store.

Randy has been running the place for 20+ years. His son works with him. I called in a panic because I thought my car was dying and they were super patient on the phone and went above and beyond answering questions. Randy is upfront and honest about the car repair and very fair on pricing. As far as the comment below about felons working there, I dropped my car off with some twenty dollar bills in the console. Nothing was missing. I’d send my mom to these guys. I’d def recommend.

Took my car in after hitting a curb. I knew my tie rod was bet but I didn’t suspect much more damage. They were the closest location to me, so naturally I took it here. Unfortunately, the prices kept increasing the longer my car was there. It went from $1,000 to $1,500 to $2,500 within a day. I brought in a second opinion who is much more knowledgeable on cars than I am. The employees could not point out the “broken” parts that they said I absolutely had to fix. They were racking up a tab for things that were not an issue yet. They completely took advantage of the fact I knew nothing and couldn’t answer when I finally got some backup. I took it somewhere else and they are fixing the exact same car for $416! Do not go here if you have a genuine issue with your car take it to a real mechanic.

Can’t say enough positive comments about this business! They are experts that really care & treat their customers honestly. Fast & friendly, efficient Service. Recently moved to Fort Worth & they are my absolute go to-which is such a big relief finding being a single woman in a new place. Helping me keep my older car on the road with only needed repairs ‘till I can upgrade. They take the time to explain & show you exactly what’s wrong & advise accordingly. I trust them explicitly & am happy to recommend them to everyone!

I love that I live close to this place. I have needed my tires checked several times and the mechanics are quick to help out and have never tried to sell me a tire I did not need. I highly recommend this Goodyear based on the friendly, professional people who work there.

I have known Randy for 30+ years, and have been using him as my mechanic for as long as I can remember. He works on mine and all of my family members vehicles. He and his team have great work ethics and professionalism. They are always there to listen to your concerns, questions and situations. They are thorough and efficient. Randy is very knowledgeable and professional! He is on top of everything in his store! LOVE, LOVE, this place and the employees! They are fair and reasonable! I will continue to take all of my automotive concerns to them as long as they are in business!
