I own a rare 93 Cadillac Allante that had three serious issues. First of all it's really difficult to find a shop that will work on the car. The crew fixed problems that I thought were impossible but through sweat and perseverance my car was fixed to perfection. I will continue to do business there and highly recommend them. Thanks

We had an inspection once before, which was a good experience; however, when our truck needed to have some pretty simple maintenance work done (to fix the fuel sensor), the man on the phone said “I don’t pay anyone to give estimates” and hung up, without further communication. So, we weren’t even offered the chance to bring it in to review their performance. But thank goodness, because based off reviews, it sounds like they charge whatever they want after it’s been completed.

Fast and efficient. The serpentine belt on my car snapped and I was surprised how quickly they were able to get fixed. Good customer service. I definitely will be returning with any car needs. Thanks a bunch.

Cabin Creek is a premier auto shop in Metro Richmond! They are the only folks I allow to work on my vehicles! Every staff member is amazing.

Horrible customer service, lack effective communication and slow as heck. I could give the benefit of the doubt because they're old however, I highly do NOT recommend.

I just recently had work done on my truck and I told the owner that my truck is going to need alot of work done and it needed to be inspected. So I said to him whatever needs fixing just fix it because it's a 2005 almost 20yrs old but it's been a great truck. It took about a week to get it done and they worked there behinds off to get everything done and they did. They did a great job and now it drives like a new truck. Alot of things were done and alot of hard work thanks to all of the guys there. Thumbs up to everyone. I recommend them to everyone that needs work done.

Just moved up here to Virginia from NC, was scared to look for a new reliable mechanic. After many recommendations, we towed my car here because it wouldn't start. Such a nice,welcoming, and affordable business. The receptionist is very nice, Bubba showed me and my fiance personally what was wrong and what we can do to help fix it. Can't recommend them enough!

I had a weird (!) light for my tire pressure come on slightly after an oil change and tire rotation from a different car shop location (a competitor) . I was on my way from RVA to Indy and too long of a trip to ignore an issue (the original shop was too far away) Cabin Creek owner brought my car into the bay, checked all my tires (ok no issue). Scratching his head, thought, maybe the spare? Unpacked my car (I had a truck full of luggage, fresh flowers and stuff, etc) sure enough, the spare was low. The car was sensing THAT tire. Repacked it, flowers and all. These are they type of people who run this shop. They will take the time to figure it out, even though they didn't do my original job. I feel they have my future business. Such nice people, small shop, big service. I happily drove away. No issue down the long road to Indy.

We've been here around 10 times with three different vehicles. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Pricing is always upfront and honest. When there are any concerns or questions after the service, they will either answer any questions you have over the phone or have you bring the car back in and go over any concerns you might have in detail. They work hard to get you scheduled at a date and time that are convenient for you and as quickly as possible if that is necessary. We are very lucky to have found this shop.

Cabin Creek Auto and Bubba and his crew are great to work with. Honest and practical about what needs to be done. Not looking to up sell or do unnecessary work. Bubba got my 2004 Suburban back in like new working order. Bubba did a complete once over inspection and got me back on the road with a safe and functional vehicle. Highly recommend.

Read the reviews.... I thought I was going to get an inspection but however I did not receive the same treatment as the other customers. I’ve read, “called same day...was in and out with 20 mins”, I’ve read “quick work”..... etc. All great and everything. Mind you I had an state inspection the day before.... and was rejected for light condensation which I told the dealership I would be able to do it myself... the next day I was able to just blow it dry. I called, 2 hours before they closed to receive a inspection and they turned me down. I just wish the reviews were true. Lady was very and polite turning me down but I was there thinking me being there 2 hours before they closed I would be fine.
