This afternoon I went to this workshop to see what happened to one of my tires that showed on the dashboard that it was flat! A worker helped me very well and said that the problem was with the sensor that goes on the wheel so I would have to buy 2, the worker told the workshop owner everything he would have to do to solve the problem. The owner said it would cost me $80.00 for the service, ok! I went to the auto part and bought the 2 sensors for $200, they replaced them but it didn't solve the problem. Now it appears on the dashboard that I have 2 flat tires, I asked the worker how we were going to do it, so he told me to come back tomorrow to buy another 2 sensors at Auto Zone. Until then, everything seemed to be agreed! Suddenly the owner of the workshop came shouting stupidly saying that I would have to pay $80 for the service! I replied ok! But I wanted to know if it would cost more tomorrow to change the sensors again. This crazy person came in very rudely saying that I would have to pay $120. I was behind my truck, out of nowhere the crazy guy got into a van and drove suddenly towards me, almost running me over, blocking my truck. I said don't worry at any time I didn't say I would leave here without paying you, I just wanted to know what the solution is? He said he had a bad day. I said, it's not fair for you to come and take it out on me, because I'm not to blame for your problems. So I said I would pay by card! he replied you will have to pay in cash or zelle. and he told me never to go back to his workshop again. I said because of the terrible service, I won't go back. So I paid the worker $80 in cash and gave him another $20 tip for being polite… I honestly don't recommend anyone going to this workshop, I've never had such a ridiculous situation in my life as this with the owner of the workshop. I'm really disappointed with this workshop owner's attitude. How can a person who doesn’t know how to relate to customers run a business?… Esta tarde fui a este taller a ver qué pasó con una de mis llantas que mostraba en el tablero que estaba desinflada! Un trabajador me ayudó muy bien y me dijo que el problema era con el sensor que va en la rueda entonces tendría que comprar 2, el trabajador le dijo al dueño del taller todo lo que tendría que hacer para solucionar el problema. El dueño dijo que me costaría R$ 80,00 por el servicio, ¡vale! Fui a la tienda de autopartes y compré los 2 sensores por 200 dólares, los reemplazaron pero no solucionó el problema. Ahora aparece en el tablero que tengo 2 llantas ponchadas, le pregunté al trabajador cómo lo íbamos a hacer, entonces me dijo que volviera mañana a comprar 2 sensores más en Auto Zone. ¡Hasta entonces todo parecía estar en orden! De repente el dueño del taller vino gritando estúpidamente diciendo que ¡tendría que pagar $80 por el servicio! ¡Respondí bien! Pero quería saber si mañana me costaría más cambiar los sensores nuevamente. Un loco entró muy grosero diciendo que tendría que pagar $120. Yo estaba detrás de mi camioneta, de la nada el loco se subió a una camioneta y de repente vino hacia mí, casi atropellando, bloqueando mi camioneta. Dije que no te preocupes en ningún momento, no dije que me iría de aquí sin pagar, solo quería saber cuál es la solución. Dijo que tuvo un mal día. Le dije, no es justo que vengas a desquitarte conmigo, porque yo no tengo la culpa de tus problemas. ¡Entonces dije que pagaría con tarjeta! él respondió que tendrás que pagar en efectivo o en zelle. y me dijo que nunca más volviera a su taller. Dije que por el pésimo servicio no volveré. Entonces le pagué al trabajador $80 en efectivo y le di otros $20 de propina por ser educado… Sinceramente no recomiendo a nadie que vaya a este taller de reparación, nunca en mi vida había tenido una situación tan ridícula como esta con el dueño del tienda de reparacion. Estoy muy decepcionado con la actitud del dueño de este taller. ¿Cómo puede una persona que no sabe relacionarse con los clientes administrar un negocio?…

Great Service!! We had a tire blowout on I-4 and we were in a tight jam, roadside service was prompt & professional. Pricing was was also very reasonable considering the circumstances. Great company. Thank you Caguas!!

My spouse was driving along the turnpike and blew the rear driver tire of our accord at 6am! We called a few places, but wasn't getting anywhere. So, I load up my jack and spare tire, drive an hour and a half, swap the spare on, and went to Caguas. David was immediately out and wanting to help. We got a replacement tire swapped over and he had it all said and done within 15 minutes. At only $50 for a good replacement tire, these guys are lifesavers. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I were anywhere near them. Highly recommend if you need tires!

These dudes are awesome, and quick! I called and immediately they asked for my address and were on their way. Within 20 mins they came and fixed my tire in their mobile van and I was already on my way with my day! Awesome job guys highly recommend them, just be careful on where you're at like the van won't be able to fit in a parking garage or structure. But I guess that's why it called roadside assistance. 5/5!

Be Careful with this place they Try to Hustle you. Try another Tire shop. They don't accept credit cards only Cash app and Zelle. I wouldn't recommend to Anybody!!!!

IDK but I am thankful for honest folks who know what they are doing. They know tires and sell tires at a cost we all can afford. So what if they take zelle or cash app it is their way of doing business. They are quick and to the point.
