I would leave a 0 star if I could. I called and they said they had a used tire in the size I asked for. I get there, put my name on the list and waited one hour for my turn. Finally when it’s my turn a gentleman who works there says he cannot sell me the used tire as I have an all wheel drive and I would have to buy 4 new tires from them. Why would you make someone wait an hour just to tell them this. I called ahead and the staff never mentioned such a condition. Have some regard for people’s time.

Came here once when the AAA rep recommended Calderon’s for a flat tire. I arrived one hour before closing and they were able to change all four of my tires. Excellent customer service.

Over pleased with how my car handles itself, given that I asked to get the struts and shocks installed. I give a 4 rating because I saw and talked to one of the install techs on making him aware he was about to not install a component simply because it was challenging for him. After speaking with him, he asked his boss to help him install the part, which the boss did and showed the tech how to do it. I wasn't happy to witness that.

Such a great experience. They are very nice here and helpful. They care about the service to your car and even if you don’t want something done they make sure you know the risks but don’t force you. I’ll be coming here for my tires from now on.
