I used to go to a different auto center locally – I will not name the name here – but after years of going there, I decided to change after a couple of unfortunate experiences. I’m so glad that I came here instead. Their demeanor and the way that they speak to their customers here is completely different than the other place – they are VERY courteous and welcoming. As a woman, sometimes coming to places like this can be overwhelming or confusing, but they made sure I felt very comfortable and truthfully – they were old school gentlemen. Service was fast and I love their tea station. As a fellow business owner, I will definitely be recommending them, and this is where I will be bringing our cars moving forward.

I have always gone to caliber for my oil changes and minor repairs, I love their customer service but I have a German car and my Prior oil change they didn’t properly put the cap back on or didn’t replace the o ring which then resulted in an oil leak later on, I went in because of the leak I wanted that checked as well as an oil change because I was due. They took my car back and took Photos of the very obvious oil leak but decided to do the oil change without Telling me I should wait and do A diagnostic first. So doing the oil change for it all to leak out is a massive waste of money I took my car to someone who specializes in German cars and they Said my car is leaking due to someone not properly securing the cap in the past and they should’ve never changed my oil if I have a leak? It’s all leaking out now. I think they should’ve come to me and suggested I pay for a diagnostic (which I didn’t even need to do it was obvious looking at it what was wrong) and not Done the oil change without talking to me first I now wasted 120$ and now Have to go somewhere else to get everything cleaned out and get A new oil change because of their mistake Their response was for me to bring my car back to them but they still have to do a “diagnostic” for 100$ I asked why I was given an oil change when I said I had a leak and wanted to Get that checked and if you see a leak as someone who works on cars why the hell would you do an oil change if it’s leaking The guys response was “well if you go to a pizza place and order a pizza you’re going to get a pizza” I’m pissed off and wish I was offered a better solution I’ll never be returning and neither Will my family members

I take my car here because every time I have they have been super great. It's just for inspections, but if I ever need anything above and beyond that, they'll be the first place I check because of how great they have been for something as menial as a yearly inspection.

I understand that we're in the middle of the holiday season, and wait times will be affected, plus I don't want to negatively rate this business as I have not yet utilized their services. I'm hesitant to trust auto care places, because I've been mistreated by other businesses in the past. I like to know that anyone providing a service on my car understands my concerns and where I'm coming from, but it's extremely hard to find and build the trust. I arrived at this location for my 1:00 PM appointment for an oil change, the appointment was made over the phone the previous day. I noticed all of the garage doors on the building were closed, and almost every bay had a vehicle already in it, not being worked on. There were two employees working from what I was able to see, one at the front desk on the phone, putting people on hold, and another going in and out looking at customer cars for service. I'm sorry, but if you're that backed up, especially during this time of the year, you should not be allowing new appointments. Being understaffed while also exceeding the capacity of customers is a massive red flag for me, it leads me to believe that I may not be able to guarantee quality service that I can comfortably rely on. I decided to just leave after hearing the wait time. I want to trust this business, because I've been referred to them in the past, but I still have a hard time trusting them after what I experienced today.

Sensational experience with Blair!!! So nice and polite explaining everything in layman terms. I will highly recommend Caliber every time !!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and care! And the coffee is delicious! And having bottled water is wonderful also ! I had a headlight out and needed washer fluid - they were able to get the wires reattached for the headlight and filled the washer fluid….. all in one day with a holiday short staff! Awesome!
