Avoid Caliber Auto Care at the Golden Triangle Location I recently went to Caliber Auto Care at the Golden Triangle location for an oil change, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. During the visit, they caused significant damage to my vehicle’s seat. The front desk staff immediately acknowledged the damage, noting the fresh residue left in the car. I followed their advice to speak to the general manager, Sean Kelly, who also acknowledged the damage, apologized, and promised to file a claim with corporate. After days of no follow-up, I went back to check the status, and Sean again assured me he’d handle the repair himself if corporate didn’t respond. Weeks went by with no communication, and every time I went back, he repeated the same empty promise. He even began to question if they had actually caused the damage, despite his earlier acknowledgment of fault. He mentioned needing to review camera footage but never seemed to have done so, adding more confusion and delay. It has now been around three months, the damage has gotten worse due to negligence of the matter and I’ve received no updates or help from Caliber Auto Care. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, especially when they initially admitted responsibility. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value your car and peace of mind. Consider going to Midas, Christian Brothers or Costco instead, where customer care and accountability are likely to be taken more seriously.

Booked an appointment same day for an oil change. Very good and clean facilities and waiting lounge. People are friendly and the oil change was done in 15 minutes. Oil level was spot on (not overfilled / not underfilled). Easy ways to earn five stars.

DO NOT GO HERE. INEXPERINCED TECHS, SAID IT NEEDED AN ENGINE WHEN IT WAS A BATTERY START STOP ISSUE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. My sister's car broke down and they had it towed to the location. They came back with an estimate of $11k saying it needs a new engine. Stating that it was sludged. When we asked what the failure was they said the engine. We declined repair. I went up there last night with my sister and her family. My scan tool pulled up low voltage codes. Voltage at the battery was 9v. Vehicle was 2.5q low on oil, not empty!l, filled to spec. Repaced the oil filter. Turned on jump box and it fired right up. We drove it off the lot. So they tried to sell my sister an engine when it needed a battery and charging tets.

Making an appointment was easy, luckily they had capacity to schedule it. Pricing for the scheduled maintenance was quite different upon actual day of performance of the price almost doubled. trust is given to have done what's needed according OEM specifications. Scheduling remains a challenge, it took me 3 hours for changing oil, filter and coolant.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Brought in for a check engine light. Knew when the front desk guy said a day it was a lie, but I was hopeful. Not one phone call to tell me what was going on. Finally got a hold of someone, and they said the parts won't be in for another 3 days. Fine, ok.... 3 days later, they called and asked if I was going to bring in my car because they got the parts in.... excuse me?!?! They called back, saying they had found another issue wrong with the car. Wow. Picked up the car, and two days later, the check engine light is BACK ON! Great, now I have to call the warranty company. Do not waste your time. Horrible experience! They even left a screwdriver in the car, the kids loved that!

One thing. If you offer appointments for state inspections and have no intention of honoring it, just stop offering appointments. Either caliber (as a company) is too lazy to remove this option from their website, or local employees are purposely taking people in regardless of existing appointments. Either way, just fix it, not asking that much. I'm tired of this happening for years. I set up an appointment, show up 20 minutes early, find out there are 20 people in front of me and now they can't get to me

Although I had to wait about an hour to get my car inspected since it’s first come first served, the staff was very courteous and the waiting room was comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the coffee too.

Always polite and quick to help. This is the only place I trust with my Jeep.They don’t try to sell you anything but will let you know what they recommend. The waiting area is comfortable and normally not too crowded. Helpful, honest, good work and comfortable. If you’re looking for a new auto care facility then give Caliber a try.

This visit was not great... Appointments at a mechanic generally fall under the expectation of being seen around your appointment, it was explained to me the appt. Is for drop off, with no alignment to being seen. The front desk is working hard, but they appear to be overworked/understaffed. (Back to the drop off) Seems reasonable to think if there is a day back log of cars when yours is brought in, it would be mentioned. There was more that I'll just leave out, no need, point has been made. Once they get working, the job is done well... Front desk is working their butt off it seems... Hard to blame the guy turning the wrench.. anyway, very unfortunate.
