It was my first time. Went in for a state inspection and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Prices are pretty reasonable. Will definitely be coming back in the future for all of my car maintenances.

I have a their promotion oil change for 44.99 including oil filter and check engine light n tire rotation…n more End up I pay 83.40 .(tthey didn’t do digital check or check the light on bz he said that machine is broke working .This is very bad experience n I’ll never go back to to Caliber auto are 👹👹👹👹 it’s 1000% dissatisfied

He fought for me with the warranty company to cover all the issues with my vehicle and was able to get everything fixed and covered.

Saved us $1500 - a different mechanic said the computer in the vehicle was fried and it’d be $1700 to fix. Had it towed to Caliber for a second opinion. The crank sensor and a fuse were bad. The computer wasn’t fried!! It cost us a couple of hundred to fix versus $1700! Very happy we took it to Caliber versus trusting the first place we took it to.

The manager Mike was very helpful, and made sure that my vehicle was fixed. He took the time to reach out to my extended warranty company without me having to go back and forth. He let me know it was going to be covered and parts would be ordered. Was in an out the next day.

Been a customer for years and have been generally satisfied, but something has changed. I called to make an oil change appointment and was told no appointment was necessary. When I brought the car in, the wait was 1.5 hours. (Who could have foreseen this?) So I made an appointment (!) for the next day at 9am. Got there at 8:45. Checked on the progress at 10. There was no progress. Got my keys back and left. Gonna find somewhere that values customers' time and has their act together. Kinda bummed, actually.

Customer service A+ Overheard the manager talking to another customer about leaving their vehicle overnight. Not only did the store provide a ride home for him, the manager made sure that the customer saw the notifications and offered water and snacks for the ride out. Eff sitting in the car. Caliber is awesome.

I waited for an hour and a half for my inspection. Noticed that my car hadn’t even been taken back yet so I asked the front desk about it, after I said something my car was ready in 10 minutes and I was told that the mechanics weren’t going in order of who arrived first. Extremely frustrating that I had to wait an hour and a half for something that only took 10 minutes.

This place has a new manager and he’s amazing. His name is Mike and he’s so good at listening and communicating all issues up front. If you’ve had a bad experience here before December, try them again and ask for Mike!

This was the first time using Caliber Auto and was EXTREMELY impressed. I thought my car was going to take a week due to past experiences with OTHER auto shops. Nope, I got same day service with impeccable customer service! If we ever need service for our other vehicles, we will go to Caliber Auto in Keller, TX without hesitation!

very good professional staff, great communications. they did exactly what they said they would do in a very timely fashion. only negative was it smelled like cigarette when i got back in my truck. I do not think they smoked in it, it was just from the remanence of a smoker.
