From the moment I called and spoke with Susann to the time I picked up my car, the communication and transparency were exemplary—exactly what customer service should be. I’ve never been to an auto repair shop that provided such thorough service. They took pictures and gave me a detailed description of the repairs needed immediately, as well as the areas to monitor for future care. This level of professionalism and attention to detail was incredibly reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning to Caliper Auto Care #4251 for all my car maintenance needs. A huge thank you to Susanne and the entire team for making this such a positive experience!!

Caliber Auto Care on Basswood Blvd. has a great staff!!! They are very nice and always there to answer any of my questions with no hesitation. Susann Dwortz kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with my vehicle. Like when car parts were going to make it to the shop, when it made it there, when it should be finished and when my car was ready. Susann and the whole staff treated me like I was family. I would recommend anyone who needs work on a vehicle or an oil change to go to Caliber Auto Care. They’re the best!!!

My 2019 MB sprinter van issue was a turbocharger intercooler hose. I explained the situation, the hissing coming from the driver side of the engine while driving, but no one listened to me. I just thank you for not getting my money for the diagnostic. Also recommended you to listen to the customer complain. Not having good English does not mean you are stupid.. I like the cleanliness of the shop. But disappointed by your customer service

First time here and will not be back. After having my car returned I found the front part of my filter laying on the floor then when they came back to put back the young man didn’t even part my glove box back properly. I ended up having to put it in myself. Very disappointed
