I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! I showed up early, and they were able to get me in ahead of my scheduled time, which was much appreciated. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and convenient service!

Stopped by last minute on a Saturday for an oil change and they were still able to get me in. My tires were showing low pressure so I asked for them to be checked also. They put air in them but let me know they didn’t need changed yet which I appreciated…you can’t trust everyone not to just sell you things you don’t need.

Type of company that smile in your face while they screw you over beyond belief. Thank God, I smiled back and let them screw me over. I walked, so you can run. Do not come here to get your car fixed. These workers are underpaid and will try to squeeze the extra dollars out of you so they can get Their quota and bonuses. If companies like this would've just been more honest and loyal to their customers, they probably would have more customers.

Caliber Auto Care on Basswood Blvd. has a great staff!!! They are very nice and always there to answer any of my questions with no hesitation. Susann Dwortz kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with my vehicle. Like when car parts were going to make it to the shop, when it made it there, when it should be finished and when my car was ready. Susann and the whole staff treated me like I was family. I would recommend anyone who needs work on a vehicle or an oil change to go to Caliber Auto Care. They’re the best!!!

I went in today to get my oil changed and needed some accommodations to do so. They were very professional about it. Great service at the desk as well as in the bay. I will be back to have my truck done here for anything it needs. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

They tried charging my mother $3200 to replace a timing cover that supposedly had a hole in it, a bent serpentine belt tensioner, and a broken serpentine belt. Had them only replace the bent tensioner and the belt (for 600 damn dollars) and leave the timing cover alone. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the timing cover. Not to mention the guy at the counter talked to me like I was an idiot and continued to try to sell me the $3200 service that wasn't needed as I was walking out the door.

Customer service is friendly, but don’t bother making an appointment you wait the same amount of time without it. They also tried to tell me a new rotor and brake pads would be $660… on my normal size sedan. Not sure how I feel about them, I only go for oil changes!

I had called just to get an idea/estimate at first… but once I dialed out caliber auto care and spoke to Nickolas . Let me tell yall . It was Such a good experience from the start - end ! he asked a few questions on the concerns that I had with my car over the phone , & was open to work with my work schedule so I could make an appointment with them a few days out & Once the day came and I pulled up to there shop it was 100% smooth sailing. They did the diagnostic check sent me a link with detail descriptions along with photos of what was wrong and shortly after gave me call to review it all with me and stayed on the phone to answer all the questions I had and estimate cost + time frame for pick up and after all of that they even finished my car before there estimate time always a plus especially on the weekends . At pick up he reviewed with me the before and after and I left with my car driving smooth !! Very much satisfied with there services :) good job yall !!
