Both Rudy and Anthony provided great and efficient service. Extremely pleased with my first time using Caliber auto care. I came in for new tires during lunchtime , and was able to sit in the lobby with provided water / coffee. No unnecessary services trying to hook me on, for a fast and seamless transaction. I was only able to fit 2 of the 4, and said I’d be back first thing in morning. Sure enough they remembered me, and expected me in the morning. After stating I had worked overnight, they were very considerate and opted to communicate via text when my other tires were mounted for pick up. Helped load them into my vehicle and I was off my way. Friendly, convenient, and great pricing.

Start to finish everyone was professional and courteous. No appointment, walk-in for oil change special. Was in and out in less than 45 min and less than $34 (6 quarts synthetic blend).

The was very polite and helpful, they took extra time to analyze my vehicle, explained what eas needed to fix it, assisted me with financial help and performed the maintenance. They also provided me with a ride back to my residence. The manager and his team provided excellent service. I am recommending my friends to this location.

No contact from Caliber at all .. I had to contact them for all info on my vehicle.. They looked at the incorrect problem on my vehicle in beginning .. they did not provide my estimate/review until I picked up the vehicle at 5pm the next day .. it was not a good 1st time experience with this company. Im not sure why they drove my car around for 3 miles while they had it in the shop ..

10/10 experience the men here were extremely helpful in a very scary car issue and not only helped me remain calm but accommodated my kids while I sorted out what was wrong with my car. Definitely coming back! Keep up the good work guys!!

Made an appointment for oil change and inspection. My wife took the car in, they texted me with what needed to be done, what was recommended also. I called, spoke to Anthony Garza for the details. Approved the work and everything was completed in a couple of hours. Oil change, inspection, air filters, tire rotation, etc. great price, very pleased with the results! Thank you!

I took my car in for my sunroof not being able to close and my adviser Eric did an amazing job with calling me informing me what was going to happen with my car. The communication was there and I’m so for it. I appreciate everything they did especially with trying to get it to me in time and being very respectful along with welcoming. It was my first time every going on my own and I know if I ever need help with anything I can go to caliber. Once again Eric did an amazing job and I appreciate everything he did for me. Hi me again went to caliber today for oil change and Paul and his team where amazing I felt well taken care of and will once again be returning very communicative and welcoming environment:)
