They have consistently been quick, respectful, reasonably priced and reliable. They have been one of the only mechanics that I am happy to sit and wait in their waiting room. It is clean and inviting. The staff is helpful and informative without being pushy. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mechanic in the area.

Horrible customer service. I went to the counter and employee did not acknowledge me. Then after the oil change. There were some items that needed to be addressed according to their report. The employee did not mention anything about and too busy on the computer. Then I asked him about it and he looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. Never again. I gave them a second chance. First time they had a car show and there no parking. I had an appointment for a oil change. They told me that it would take 2 hours. The reason for the delay. The car show. The employees were to into the car show than the customers. Again never again.

I had really bad experience with The auto caliber on potranco , one of the workers there his name ( Richard) the short Richard not the tall one because there is two Richard Richard the short he was super rude and he was telling me you cannot stand outside the office 😂😂😂what? Thats a public property! I understand if he meant inside the work place but not outside the office I talked to the manager ( phelipe ) he said im sorry and totally there is no problem to stand outside the office! I talked to my attorney a bout this situation, and im following with him.

The best service ever! They provided me with ride home from the shop while they worked on my car. No need to kiss work. Chris the supervisor was very nice and respectful. Got a great deal on the repairs. Highly recommend.

I waited outside for 30 minutes and no one came up to me to help me. I did not see any techs inside either!! When I went inside to ask the gentlemen at the front said they didn’t have anyone! What kind of business is this?

I had a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change, and I was home by 3:00. I appreciated the report with pictures that was provided to me after my oil change. Excellent customer service!

This review is for my elderly father: These people are scammers, especially if you have anything similiar to car shield.. If I could physically stop you from going to this place I would. This is the absolute worst place to do business with. My truck had a small oil leak took it to the shop, takes about a week they say it's fixed go to pick it up get home and there is now a massive leak, that was so large there is no way they didn't see it, this could have been so dangerous. They dont care. Anyhoo take it back they say it's a diffrent problem they keep the truck for a month, they don't reach out to us every time we call we got the run around. Noone know whats going on. Then all of a sudden they say we need a whole transmission, since having the car we have not had any issues with the transmission, we don't know what these people did, all we know is each time they charged our insurance yet never fixed the problem oh and get this they ended up taking the truck to another shop because supposedly they didn't know how to fix it and the shop tells us that when the truck arrived they had parts under the hood backwards how that is even possible who knows. So a few thousand dollars out of pocket, thousands taken from our insurance and 2 and a half months later, our truck is finally home. Seriously tho do not go here you will be scammed for no or little of the work. You will go in with a small problem and best believe you will end up dropping thousands cause they create problems at least in my opinion. Kevin is the only saving grace that actually listen and helped.

It’s rare these days to find someone so genuinely positive and trustworthy, and Chris’s approach really stood out. He made my first experience truly wonderful. Naomi was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. Always kept me updated on the progress of work being done to my vehicle. Work was done on a very difficult vehicle to work on. Although the total bill was a little pricey. I would use them again and will recommend Caliber.

(2022) Came in with a nail and they had me out in hour and a half. Extremely easy process. Nick made it an easy experience. (2024) I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Caliber for about three years. Since the beginning of this year the service and staff have not been the same in both this location and Alamo Ranch. After different services I have had the following problems: Different price for every single oil change on each vehicle. Oil change with a service sticker put on with pink highlighter, which faded in the sun. The same service recommended to do a brake flush which I just had completed... They did not actually inspect the car. Tire patch repair (Free) I appreciate that, but then loose our wheel lock key. Most recently had an oil change and the filter was not on tight enough resulting a leak in my garage. This could have been a blown engine. I have contacted them on every occasion minus the wheel lock key which will occur tomorrow. I would not recommend using these locations. All I ask is for a quality service which is advertised, but every single time I am disappointed.

Absolutely the best place hands down!!! Not only did they take care of me but they care! I WILL NOT go anywhere else for my car needs. I no longer have to drive in this hot Texas sun without AC because of them! They made sure to call with updates as while as send emails with pictures in regards to my car which was very appreciated. The customer service is by far the best ever!

Great customer service and good repair of damaged portions of the vehicle. But, the reassemble of my vehicle was not done correctly. This will be my third time visiting the location to fix items that were no reassemble correctly.

I recently visited Caliber Auto and had a mixed experience. The waiting area chairs were comfortable, which was a nice touch. They sent a link to my phone to see what was wrong with my car, which was convenient and appreciated. However, they didn’t inform me when my car was ready. I had to go to the front desk and ask about it myself. It would have been better if someone had come to me to ask about replacing the filter and then let me know when my car was ready. A bit more proactive communication would have made the experience much smoother.

I would 100% recommend Caliber Auto Care! I've had two repairs done on my vehicle, both completed within 24 hours. They also provided valuable insights into potential future issues during the evaluation, which I really appreciate. The team's honesty and politeness towards customers are truly commendable. Quality service, fair price, military discount and did alignment check proving the Ford service department didn't do toe and camber correctly after a $2000 repair, explaining why right tire still has uneven wear so I can go back and make them fix it right

Scheduled an appointment for 8 am and I was home by 9 am/ Felipe and Christopher were great. I received a very thorough report with pictures. I like that. I already recommended Caliber Auto Care to my granddaughter for her inspection. Great Customer Service. I will be back for other car care in the future.

Their staff appears friendly but they dont value customer service. I called to get my vehicle diagnose the same day and they said they could. I took the vehicle on 10/1/24 and the never once called me with any updates in the 3 days it was there. I had to call multiple times to get any updates on my vehicle. I informed them without a diagnostic report to my warrany I have to pay the rental out of pocket. They never diagnosed the issues they had me send my wife to replicate because there mechanic couldn't figure it out. She was able to replicate the problem with how I told them to cause it. They said again the call and send the diagnosed to my warranty company. Again never called my warranty or me once in the 3 days with any updates and I had to call to get info that they don't have a technician to fix the issue and suggested I keep driving it until it either breakdown or a warning light comes on. Which I told they guy claiming to be a manager that, having my wife drive a care unsafe vehicle with my children is a horrible suggestion and how the cost my multiple rental fees by there lack of communication. Won't be using them again I was hoping since they are rated so highly on Google thought I get great customer service I did not.
