Thank you Caliber Collision for your help repairing my car after a accident. This was the first time I had to deal with an accident and the follow through after. Amanda and the staff made the process so easy and smooth. Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable from getting my quote to picking up my car. My car looked amazing and like new. The car was done before expected date and I was kept updated with text and calls often . Highly recommend to use Caliber Collision for any car repairs.

Cesar at calipers Collision Rosedale did an awesome job on handling all of the details of repairing my vehicle. After he learned that my vehicle was going to be totaled he still treated me like somebody who was waiting to have their vehicle fixed spent a lot of time with me answered all of my questions even helped me retrieve belongings from my vehicle I highly recommend Cesar and Caliber collision!

I'll be fair and honest. This was my first time trying caliber collision as i seen the reviews looked pretty good (specifically this location) however after bringing my car in for repair the estimated time they gave me kept extending; a big inconvience considering i work mostly out of state and they wouldn't work with my scheduling so i had my girlfriend pick up my car at the time they had told her it would be ready, and they spent an additional 3 hours "washing/polishing" my car. I'm not one to turn down a free wash or wax however the person who did it was very inexperienced to say the least, my vehicle's entire driverside is left with serious visible swirls from their polishing/buffing machine. They seemed helpful and communicative when my vehicle was in their shop but now that it is out of the shop they will not return my calls or emails for the past week regarding the damage they've done. Be careful of this place because although the reviews look promising they may attempt to get over on you once they have your money.

My car was grazed in a hit and run. Did all the insurance claim, etc. Brought it in to Caesar. He was able to buff out the scrape in about 10 minutes. Every time I've needed collision repair - Caliber on Rosedale!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my likelihood of recommending the shop as a 10. I would suggest it to anyone with a crashed car or in need of repairs. The customer service is outstanding, and their work is completed quickly

this place is a full time joke the manager a joke the district manager a joke do ur self a favor dont take ur car here this is a joke of a body shop they act like profecionals acting is the right word for it i just had a 30 min phone call with the acting manager on friday sep 6 at 430pm i said pls can u call me back on monday she said i will def call u back with some answers it is 9/12 today and im sure i wont hear from her today.
