All the employees I had interacted with were very friendly and polite. I received top tier customer service during both my vehicle drop off and pick up date. Anibal was amazing wiyh great communication and transparency. I feel like I got a brand new vehicle again lol

My cousin recommended this shop to me and I am very happy with the work they did. I’ve been to other body shops before but this has been the best experience for me by far. Richard was very helpful and able to get me in and out the same day. I will definitely come back and ask for Richard to help me again because of his efficiency. 10/10 experience.

Someone attempted to break into our 2024 Telluride. We sent it to Caliber Collision The first time they attempted to deliver the vehicle they wanted to glue a broken molding. Then the second time they attempted the deliver the vehicle there was over spray on sections of the vehicle and scratches on the molding that was suppose to be replaced. After the third delivery., I just realized they failed to match the paint correctly. The original paint has a pearl, they used a flat white paint. Don’t bring you car here. Now I have to take the vehicle somewhere else due to their poor workmanship and failure to pay attention to detail.

Just like the stars say. Loved it. These guys definitely take their time to do right by your vehicle. Very communicative. They were with me every step of the way. Even special instructions I gave, they followed to a, "T." My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz was less than a month off the lot when it was wiped out by a drunk driver. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that my truck completely restored to factory OEM specs. The service advisors were amazing and friendly. They always reached out for a handshake first when I arrived and when I left. I would recommend this collision repair center for anyone who is looking for quality work that they can trust will last.

Angel help and informed me of the repairs throughout the repair process, Hanibal also kept me informed and was interested in helping me with the repairs of my vehicle. Great customer service! Took my car to get fixed there after I ran over a soccer ball size rock and they fixed everything very quick! The people I spoke to were very understanding as well! Overall do not regret taking my vehicle to caliber collision!

There were runs in the paint and over spray. The job done was not good. They also painted the hubcaps without taking them off the rim.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TESLA HERE. Your panels will not be aligned, your white seats will be stained, your alignment will not be straight, your paint will have micro scratches, you will be lied to your face. Most of these reviews are fake. Shop ran by lying boys, and not responsible men. Stay away if possible. Absolute headache dealing with this shop.
