Caliber made the repair experience so easy. A deer ran into the side of my car, causing extensive damage to the entire passenger side. Caliber regularly shared progress on the repairs and updated the projected completion date when a few minor setbacks required schedule adjustments. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and my car looked good as new!

Super happy I went to caliber! They were friendly and willing to help with everything i needed. The communication was amazing to. They gave me updates along the way till my truck was 100% complete. Great customer service, from start to finish! I received detailed explanations on what services I would need, the cost, regular updates and the work that was completed, which happened to be before the estimated date of completion. They offered me beverages and snacks annd even replaced my car mount! So all in all, I am a happy customer, I recommend their services and would do business with them again.

Great service, job well done. Text every day saying where the car was at in the process, most companies leave you wondering what’s going on but they kept you notified the whole time. The repair turned out great. They were very friendly.

The customer service here was amazing! I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered. The woman at the front desk was so kind. Jim assisted me checking my car. He helped to solve my problem quickly and without getting over on me financially . I’m truly grateful. 10/10!

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and are pleasant to the customers. We received updates on the progress of the vehicle repairs. They do quality work. The vehicle looks better than it did prior to the accident. I must commend Jim who provided the esestimate was wonderful as was Tina. Thank you both very much.

I dropped my car off and was able to pick it up earlier than it was supposed to be done !! They did a great and fast job at repairing my vehicle. I didn’t have much work to be done but still i expected it to be in the shop longer lol they communicate well with you as well through out the process

I was hit in the rear, my lift gate had to be replaced, and Caliber Collision turned an unpleasant situation into a bearable one. The staff is so nice and accommodating. My Mercedes looks like I just brought it off the showroom floor. I’m so happy and I pray I never need bodywork done again but if I do Caliber Collision is where I’m going.

The employees at Caliber collision are some of the nicest and most kind employees I have ever had the pleasure of taking my car in to get serviced to. Dale did an AMAZING job and my car looks just as it was when it was stock. The process was easy and I never spent more than 30 minutes at the store.
