Great customer service, from start to finish! I received detailed explanations on what services I would need, the cost, regular updates and the work that was completed, which happened to be before the estimated date of completion. They offered me beverages and snacks annd even replaced my car mount! So all in all, I am a happy customer, I recommend their services and would do business with them again.

Great service, job well done. Text every day saying where the car was at in the process, most companies leave you wondering what’s going on but they kept you notified the whole time. The repair turned out great. They were very friendly.

The customer service here was amazing! I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered. The woman at the front desk was so kind. Jim assisted me checking my car. He helped to solve my problem quickly and without getting over on me financially . I’m truly grateful. 10/10!

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and are pleasant to the customers. We received updates on the progress of the vehicle repairs. They do quality work. The vehicle looks better than it did prior to the accident. I must commend Jim who provided the esestimate was wonderful as was Tina. Thank you both very much.

I dropped my car off and was able to pick it up earlier than it was supposed to be done !! They did a great and fast job at repairing my vehicle. I didn’t have much work to be done but still i expected it to be in the shop longer lol they communicate well with you as well through out the process

I was hit in the rear, my lift gate had to be replaced, and Caliber Collision turned an unpleasant situation into a bearable one. The staff is so nice and accommodating. My Mercedes looks like I just brought it off the showroom floor. I’m so happy and I pray I never need bodywork done again but if I do Caliber Collision is where I’m going.

The employees at Caliber collision are some of the nicest and most kind employees I have ever had the pleasure of taking my car in to get serviced to. Dale did an AMAZING job and my car looks just as it was when it was stock. The process was easy and I never spent more than 30 minutes at the store.

5 stars for a job well done by Caliber Collision Nottingham. My wife's car had some damage to the top of her trunk, and it was too small to make an insurance claim. That caused issues because most shops in the area wouldn't do self-pay work. Luckily, I found Caliber Collision Nottingham, and they took care of everything for me. From my first phone call with Tina, who helped explain the entire process (what to expect, timeframe, how soon I can get on the schedule, etc.), to the final checkout with the shop's production manager (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name), I found everybody to be helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Enterprise operates a free shuttle to pickup a rental car with them, and I was able to leave the rental at Caliber once the car was repaired. Work is clean, well done, and they nailed the paint match. I can't tell that there was ever any damage. Kudos to a great team running a great shop! Hopefully, I won't ever have to come back again, but if I do, I will happily return to Caliber Collision Nottingham.
