The woman that was assigned to our case was not helpful. They totaled my car with their estimate. When we went to clean out our car the woman assigned to us wouldn't even look at us or speak to us. No one explained to us what was wrong with the car I would not recommend them.

Caliber kept my 2000 Corvette for nearly 3 months while we awaited the delivery of a special order part (an inner fender liner). The car was kept indoors the whole time and there was never any complaint about it taking up space in their shop. They worked with me while we awaited delivery of the part and once in hand, the repair was completed in short order and the car looks great.

I recently had the experience of being in a minor car accident. While the accident itself was stressful, the experience at CALIBER COLLISION in Hamilton Twp was incredibly positive. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were very communicative throughout the entire repair process, keeping me updated on the progress and answering all my questions patiently. Shelby went “above and beyond” with her communication. She is very caring, has excellent listening skills, and understanding of the situation. She has an innate ability to be KIND and wants the customer to be happy, which is a rare trait these days. Shelby genuinely cares about the customer and the pride in the vehicle she is servicing. She shared that Jose and Jerry did the paint job, and they deserve a world of credit, too. When it comes to being the “best of the best”, this is the team you want! The quality of the repairs was exceptional. My car looked as good as new, and I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail. I would highly recommend THIS LOCATION (not any Caliber Collision) to anyone in need of autobody repairs. They are a true asset to the community.

I'm a little late writing this but have to tell you of the awesome experience my wife had when visiting Caliber Collision in Bordentown. I recently had a minor accident with my Cadillac CT6. My wife brought the car into Caliber as they have always done excellent work when we bring our cars in. This time they hit it out of the park. I believe her name was Shelby (sorry if I'm wrong...I'm a guy and regrettably only listen to half the things my wife says). She took a look at the damage and suggested they might just be able to buff out the scratches. And so...that's what she had her team do! And you know what? Not only was she right but she didn't charge us for doing the work! How great is that!!!? If you run into a deer or another motorist...bring your car to Caliber Collision in Bordentown and rest easy. They will take care of it for you... Thanks again Shelby!!!

Originally brought the car in from an accident and it was fixed within a week. After picking up the vehicle, there was problems with the car that wasn’t there prior to the accident, ie noisy cabin air filter (which was changed prior to the accident), steering problems while driving when it was not even windy out, and a huge crack in the front of the car which was not previously there when I dropped off the car. Apparently, the warranty doesn’t covers any additional work and I ended up paying more than $500 to get additional problems fix. This place was highly recommended by the insurance company, but I would not “HIGHLY RECOMMEND” this auto shop! If my car insurance covers the other auto shop I wanted to bring my car to, I would never have gone to this auto shop to begin with. I have been getting all this run around answers as to when I could pick up the vehicle. This place is so disorganized and dysfunctional!

The absolute worst customer service, and mechanics I have ever worked with. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My car was side swiped and I brought it in to caliber just to get scratches off my passenger side doors, review mirror, and front bumper. After two weeks of my car sitting in there parking lot they got the work apparently “done” in one day. When I arrived at 8am to get my car, I realized they never touched up the front bumper or the rear view mirror and the door trim was nearly coming off already as there was separation. I then tried to address the things I wasn't satisfied about to the owner of the establishment, which he then started yelling at me, “The damages aren't part of the accident” screaming and spitting in my face that “We will not work on your car anymore” I was absolutely baffled, all because I wasn’t satisfied with the mechanics work he absolutely lost his temper. Then to top it all off I went to the enter my passenger side and the doors don't even open. I tried Lifting the door lock and pulling it open, nothing. From Inside and outside the door will not open. Then after entering my drivers side I came to learn the door panel had been ripped off! Tearing the leather. I then confronted him about my drivers door later and he said “we never entered the drivers side.” Thats odd because my mileage went up. Did you drive the car from the passenger side? Now Gieco is finishing the work caliber never completed. So If you want half fast work, rude employees and bosses, come on down to caliber collision in hamilton township NJ! (It may come up as Trenton in your phone)

The people working there are very nice. I just had my car fixed there and everything looks good. They guarantee their work for the life of my car. I had bird poop on the freshly painted hood and they fixed it right away.
