2024 update- VERY RUDE receptionist!! Had another accident and wanted them to fix it since they did an awesome job in the past, but the receptionist lied that they never got the assignment from my insurance and was extremely rude!

The employees were nice enough, but the quality of the work was not great. They used a junkyard door to replace the passenger side sliding door and it has never fit properly.

Travis and his staff at Caliber Collision are the best around. The customer service waa top notch and Travis was in constant communication with me regarding the necessary repairs and timeline. The repairs were completed on time and my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off too!

My car was finished early, I was texted to keep updated, and everything looks so good. Everyone was super friendly and didn’t talk down to me. When picking up, I was shown everything to look at before even leaving to make sure everything was good which was great. I’ll come here again.

I hit a deer and had some damage on the front. I took it to caliber collision. They were very thorough. They got it done early. The front office was great and the shop was even better. They did a great job.

I recently had my car at Caliber for front end repairs. I was so pleased with the whole process. They waited a half hour after closing for me when the rental car wasn’t there as promised by the rental car company. They kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend them!

I shouldn't have wasted time getting quotes from any other shop. These folks were so helpful, reassuring, and responsive. As a gal who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated how patient they were with me, thoroughly answering all my questions!

I used Caliber Collision for the first time in May 2024. The service, staff, and repairs were outstanding! They kept me informed about timelines, parts and repair work, and costs through text messages. They also returned my car spotless inside and outside! I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Aicholtz Road in the Eastgate area.
