I stopped by Caliber Collision on Saturday, hoping to set up an appointment to get some overspray cleaned off. Since they’re usually closed, I wasn’t expecting much—but to my surprise, Robby happened to be there and immediately took my truck back to buff it out! I was blown away by the incredible service and professionalism. I didn’t expect to be seen that day, but they went above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Robby and the team!

Don’t waste your time trying to get quotes for non- collision. Called to request a simple quote to for parts and labor to replace front passenger side weatherstripping seal. I was told they do not give quotes over the phone. I asked what about quote via email? I was told no. I called and spoke to 3 other collision centers and received quotes via email. We are in the 21st century were we have technology that handle simple quote like this. Seems like caliber just wants to waste peoples time by having them schedule in person appointments.

I hit some Hogs with my truck( technically, they hit me). I was glad that when I contacted State Farm and Caliber Collision was one of their vendors. I've worked with them in the past and expected nothing but the best, and the best is what I received. Also, the smoked pork loin was less gamey than I expected.

They have been very helpful. They gave me a ride back to my hotel, they have texted updates on the progress. When they learned the frame had buckled on one side, they immediately reached out.

Do NOT let your insurance send you here. A boar ran under my son's minivan and trashed it. We thought it would be a total loss. Farmers said it was fixable and it went here. They had it almost 2 months. Said they broke something and had to order a new part. Days and days of run around. They finally gave it back after pressure, and the electrics are all screwed up. Trunk wont open. Even from the inside. Even with key. It did when they got it. Now they're trying to say it wasn't their fault. This shop is clearly full of incompetents. The whole lot should be fired. Starting with the manager b/c the fish rots from the head. DO NOT GO THERE.

01/2025, week 2; The team is very thorough. There was no trace of the prior damage. I had run over a spare tire which some driver had lost on the highway-- at night! A police report was taken. The Caliber repair restored the resale value. Thank you! 🙂 .

I’ve had my car for several months back from this location, and the bumper has never been right. I’m now watching it pull further and further away from the car and the sensors and the bumper are completely out of alignment. I’m torn between even asking them to do anything and just letting it go because even though my car looks horrible, I know they’re going to take forever trying to do anything and it’s not like they’re going to give me a rental car while they’re working on mine. I hate the caliber collision has become so large that they’re basically the only option that insurance companies want to work with anymore. Last time they basically blamed it on Toyota and said that they don’t create proper bumper clips.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run. My Insurance, Farmers gave me a choose were to take my vehicle. I chose Caliber Collision. Arend did a fantastic job on the body repair and even cleaned the entire vehicle before I picked it up. Arena also noticed the rear taillights had a slight crack on both sides so he had those repaired also. I feel like Arend treated my vehicle like he was repairing his own. Arend sent me daily update on my vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all body repairs!

I had an amazing experience with General Manager Cale. He went above and beyond to help me secure the plastic protection cover, so-called ‘Front Engine Splash Shield’ It was nearly falling off after my teenage daughter drove the car. Cale spent 30 minutes fixing it under the hood at no charge at all. Exceptional service is noted. Thanks much, Cale.

I scraped the right front side of my vehicle on white stone at the entrance of my garage door. I received a fair estimate for a paint job and made an appointment. Upon arrival, James said that he can probably buff out all of the white in under an hour. My car looks amazing, he did such a good job and was so friendly. Robbie at Caliber collision was great! He kept me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle. My vehicle looked as good as when it was driven off the car lot. They even cleaned the tires and weather tech mats. They definitely went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company!

Excellent customer service. Helped answer all my questions from dealing with insurance after I was rear-ended. The car was returned cleaned than when I dropped it off. They explained all the repairs thoroughly and kept me up to date with frequent text updates. Plus, they let me pick it up after hours and handled returning the rental car for me afterwards.
