I rarely if ever follow up on surveys or giving a person a “five-star” for just doing their job – which is from my point of view – expected. But I will say that I live in Houston and we dropped my daughter’s car off at your location and I had to “manage” a 19 year old and the insurance, rental, repair, and everything from a far. I want to let you know that Haley Brooker was and is a rock star in my book. She made everything seamless from my standpoint – which is invaluable. She managed the repair, insurance, and coordinated with my daughter when there was the freeze that put a halt to us down here in Texas. Everything worked out well and the vehicle was complete before the expected time frame – and looks great. In short – seldom do we have employees that go out of their way to make sure everything is ok and updating me along the way. I received the standard text messages, etc., but Hayley understood the circumstances and called me or followed up personally with the situation and timeline. Again, this was invaluable from my standpoint. Haley is an asset to your company and, as a business owner myself, if we don’t get feedback, we don’t know. She’s a keeper! And as an aside – the guys you have did a fantastic job on the vehicle….so thank you for making this experience “not so bad” – which equates to great!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident, and I was feeling completely overwhelmed by the entire process of getting my car repaired. Thankfully, Hunter at Caliber Collision was there to guide me every step of the way. From the moment I walked into the collision center, he was not only professional but also incredibly understanding and reassuring, which made such a difficult time feel a lot less stressful. Hunter took the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly explained the repair process, and kept me updated at every stage. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company, which saved me a lot of headaches, and he made sure I understood all the details of the repair estimate without any confusion. What truly stood out was how he genuinely cared about ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire experience. Not only was my car returned to me looking as good as new, but Hunter’s kindness and professionalism turned an otherwise frustrating situation into a smooth and positive one. I was rear-ended a while ago and chose the Southwest Parkway Caliber Collision location to repair my car. Although I encountered some challenges with insurance, Haley, my service advisor, went above and beyond to assist me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Her outstanding customer service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend this location for their excellent service!

Went by without an appointment to get a under carriage splash guard put on my car. The people there were super friendly and immediately took my car to put it on. Great service and people at this place! They made my day!

My BMW had a minor fender dent and State Farm recommended this place. They did such a terrible job the new fender was not aligned with the door and even apparently they ordered wrong color code for the fender the new fender's was darker than rest of the car. Also, a black part that would go under the fender where it's punched to the car's body was missing. I took the car there again and showed them what needed to be fixed. They took some pictures and told me they'd contact me, but they never did. Now imagine all the headaches and troubles I went through with State Farm to finally convince them this shop did bad job and the insurance should pay for my corrective repairs. They sent a rep after a couple weeks who verified corrective repairs are needed. Long story short, I spent 2 months and didn't have my car for 3 weeks, for a minor repair would just take a couple days if State Farm had referred me to an established body shop.

Caliber Collision made the process super easy and fast! On top of the amazing repair job they did, they detailed the inside and left it super clean! I highly recommend this place. Front desk and my servicer were both very friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Whoever worked on the red Kia k5 deserves some praise from the management.

Update.8/27/24... last week Caliber Collision on Bagby St, Waco took my vehicle in for the repairs. Friday I picked it up and I want to work very carefully. I was satisfied with the repairs they did the best they could to make it right. The repairs done by the Southwest Parkway College Station location just wasn't up to par. I would just say Mark and his crew did a good job. Update my previous review. The first part of the repair was not without issues. Although promised good communication and a quick repair the communication quickly turned to pacify me, making excuses for the repair not being completed. It wasn't until I made a surprise visit that I inspected my car that they got on it and within about another week it was done, I should not have had to surprise them and make them walk the car with me to see what they had done and needed to do. I am their manager, I do sign part of their checks with every payment I make to them Josh, get my trim piece for my SUV and put it on it. Get it done NOW. If it is more than you can handle, assign it to another Collision repair facility. Jan 26 it was in the paint shop according to Josh, when I walked it in February it had not been in the paint shop. 7/16/2024 9:33 a.m. I am currently on the phone with Josh. Again a promise by Josh that it will be done by another CC shop closer to me. It has been about 6 weeks since the last time I called him. In that time he or no one has contacted me, so I was forced to initiate another call. Again I get the Texass two-step from him. His regional rep was to call me. Really? He is getting a local CC to order the part(same as 2 months ago) and put it on for me. I will give it a few days and see where this goes. So far just a lot of my time wasted.

I went to the Southwest Parkway location per my insurance recommendation. The initial repair went well, $11kplus on the damage and about 3 weeks work. A couple weeks after getting my SUV they had to put in a new headlamp, that went okish. Then about 2 weeks later a trim piece needed attention. Now about two months later I have only gotten promises and nothing done. I went by the location, showed them by issue, he said we will get part, call you to replace it. More than two months later the call has not come, I have called more than 6 times and always a promise to call me back in a few minutes or tomorrow, but not 1 call has come my way. Remember words with no actions are useless.

Felicia, Josh and Hayley were life savers! We drove in from Oklahoma City and a rock shattered my sunroof. It was 4:30 on Friday and this group offered to at least cover it with collision tape! That you all for the great service and laughs! You are appreciated!

I can't express my graduate to Stacy and the entire staff at this repair facility. After dealing with a car collision, the emotional stress is very difficult. Caliber Collision made the ordeal unbelievably less stressful. They're immediate updates on the repair process is very impressive. I can honestly recommend this establishment for their exceptional collision repair.

Bent over backwards for me in the completion of my Hyundai Elantra, hard to find trust worthy shops, who are dependable, have great quality of work all around, and who will clean the inside of your vehicle when the job is complete. I will be coming back next time my car crashes. 20/10

Sometimes you come across someone who does something kind when they don’t have to. Today was one of those days, and Josh Sill (the General Manager) was that guy. I came in needing help replacing my fog lamps on my tahoe. I simply couldn’t get to the bolts on my own and had been quoted $168.00 elsewhere. Not complaining or anything, labor isn’t cheap. My second opinion was at Caliber Collision. Josh came out, gave it a look, and asked for my keys to see what he could do. 20 minutes later he pulled my truck around with the lights installed, and shook my hand as payment. That is a rare thing nowadays and it won’t be forgotten. Thank you so much Josh!

I was hit in January, I took my Pathfinder to Caliber Collision on Southwest Parkway. The staff kept me updated every step of the way. They handled the insurance claim and even got my rental car taken care of. My car looks new again. I am thankful that they did the repairs and got me back on the road.

I brought my car in on a recommendation from the Ford Service center to look at the front suspension and assembly after hitting a curb during some icy weather. They were wonderful when we dropped the car off, saying they’d give me a much cheaper quote than the diagnostic at another shop. My car ended up sitting for over a week ready to get a diagnostic when they told me they’d reach out with an accurate quote the day after I dropped it off. Despite calling almost every day, the most information I was given was that they couldn’t find recycled parts for the job, which wasn’t even a requirement for me. Every time I politely called and asked to speak with the General Manager, who was the one taking care of my car, I was told he was in a meeting or out of town. I was repeatedly given times they would call me back, and I never heard anything. I understand being busy, but promising more than once to get back to me within 24 hours and not following up is unacceptable. I’m a college student and rely heavily on my car for transportation and they did not seem the slightest bit concerned with following through on their promises. In fact, when I suggested picking up my car to take it elsewhere, it was immediately available and they seemed relieved to lose my business. Do not recommend..

I will always bring vehicles here if needing repaired. My wife had hit a hog and she immediately was put at ease that all would be taken care of with insurance & repairs. Great staff from the receptionist, advisor and manager, Josh. The whole experience was exceptional and smooth. Received updates throughout the process. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
