I turned my car in for hail damage. I got it back and my whole windshield was cracked on the whole driver side and they gave me the car and didn’t say anything about it. I had to call and take it back over there just an order for me to be told we didn’t notice that. Now my car is in worse shape then when I dropped it off. Completely unprofessional unapologetic this is the most ridiculous thing that I’ve ever seen. There was no sympathy for and Thanksgiving time. I’m gonna have to pay another deductible because my windshield was cracked and there was no communication.. awful I will never be back there

Had my brand new Honda Civic Sport hit in a parking lot a week after I bought it. It was covered by the other driver's insurance and it was repaired by Caliber Collision. I thought it was going to take a month or more to get the parts and for the labor. It took half that time and it looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot at the dealership! These folks are friendly, professional, helpful and they know what they are doing! If you need body work done, don't hesitate to use Caliber Collision for your body work needs! The 6750 E. Woodmen Rd location thew me off, at first, but don't let the location fool you. They get the work done, get it done right, and are easy and pleasant to deal with while it's being done! Cheers! caliber made getting my car fixed really easy, even though the insurance representative i was going through seemed to not know what was going on, all it took was one phone call to calliber for them to explain everything the sales rep couldn’t and they made everything make sense, as this was my first time having to file for an accident that was not my fault. i got rear-ended at a red light so my entire trunk had to be replaced and now it looks brand new! i will say i was confused why we had to wash my car, fill the tank completely, and take everything out of the car, but when i got it back, it still had a full tank, was clean and it didn’t take that long putting my stuff back in it(which i assume they do so nobody messes with your belongings) so my anxiety that they were going to take my car for a “joyride” really was just anxiety lol. i’m very pleased with everything and will be bringing my car here again if needed!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car. David worked on my car and fixed a dent on the side of my car and my windshield. This shop keeps you updated throughout the process and thoroughly explains any questions you may have. Very professional and great customer service. I received my car back earlier than expected and David knew I was in a time crunch and made it happen! Thank again! :)

Well, here’s my review with the good and bad as it stands. I’d like to be completely transparent with you (the reader) so I will update this as Caliber moves in the direction of making this right. My vehicle was at Caliber from the 10th of June to the 26th of June. 16 days. I was originally involved in a good ol “Deer vs Car”, which did a fair amount of damage to my Front End. Nothing too visually bad, but it was better to repair through insurance than to repair out of pocket. My vehicle is a project car, note that. A 2018 project car, what a wild thing to say. Based on recommendations I chose Caliber for the task of getting my baby back on the road. It arrived there missing its front end, and under tray. That was it. A “visual inspection” yielded us a quote of +/- $3,000. This later changed to +/- $8,000. After receiving my car today, I was thoroughly unsatisfied with the quality of work that was done. My vehicle had aftermarket headlights (wired properly) that were replaced but don’t work. My taillights still don’t work (part of damage from accident). I have trim panels that belong INSIDE MY CAR missing from where they should be. There are more panel gaps than I can shake a stick at, misaligned panels, primer in places it shouldn’t be, I could go on and on but I think you get my point. So here I am, 16 days later with a vehicle I can’t drive. What a wonderful world. Update 1 on 6/29/2020: I took my vehicle for an inspection and install completion to Cartoys who discovered that fuses had been removed from my box leaving the headlights completely inoperable, obviously to cover up the refusal to install. A 20A fuse belonging to my headlight circuit was removed and not replaced. I lost two days of work to this, yet something else Caliber refuses to repay after giving me a vehicle that could not be driven past sunset (no taillights or headlights). I spoke to manager “Kenny”, who was great until I actually told him exactly what was happening. It immediately turned to deflecting blame onto insurance, policy, back to the insurance company, what a mess. Update on 7/1/2020: My vehicle’s electrical system has now completely begun to fail. I’d like to point out I had zero of these issues before this whole shitstorm began, and Caliber conveniently closes early in the evening.
