I towed my car to this location on Sept 16th. The called me on the 17th stating they could not start working on my car until I signed paperwork and did a walk through. I went in on Sept 19th to sign and do walk through where the gentlemen (whom I wont use his name despite how angry I am) told me it should be an easy fix. 6 weeks later they still have my vehicle. No offer of a loaner vehicle. Every time I call the office, the gentlemen who is handling my car is NEVER available. When I am told he will call back he NEVER does, and then lies and says he does. The ONLY way I get to know what's going on is when my wonderful insurance agent reaches out to Caliber. I was told this gentlemen was going to call me this past Friday 10/25 with an update, and NO CALL was ever made to me. I reached out to my insurance agent again today 10/31 to inform him I have still yet to hear from the car gentlemen. My agent replies with, I just called over there, spoke with J***** and claims he did call you Friday and that he is going to call you right now! Let me know what he tells you. I can provide my call logs showing and proving he did not call me and its been an HOUR since my agent said J***** said he was calling "right now" and still nothing... HORRIBLE communication to the customer, thank god for my insurance agent. STILL WAITING ON A CALL! This is unacceptable. You have had my car 6 weeks and I have been able to speak with you 1 time about 4 weeks ago when you had the NERVE to accuse me saying this wouldn't be honored under my warranty because it is "new" damage.... to the exact same place that you all fixed before?!?!?!?!? NOT OK

Super friendly and informed staff. They kept me updated on the repair progress and when there was a backorder delay on parts. When I received my SUV back, it was clean and like the accident never had happened. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone!

They did a fantastic job fixing the damage to my car. After the initial inspection and the repairs began they found further damage after removing the parts that were to be replaced. If they had not seen and fixed the hidden damage it would have caused major problems with my car. So they are extremely thorough when performing repairs. They continually updated me on the progress of the repairs. I never had to call them to find out when my car would be ready and how the repairs were coming. Their customer service and the quality of their work is excellent.

Poor, poor communication, They told me three different times that my car would be ready within 48 hours and yet it was an additional three weeks. The only updates I was provided was when I called and asked what was going on. After repairs, the cost was double the amount my insurance and Caliber themselves estimated it to be. My car was returned to me with quite a few significant scratches on the outside that were not there when I dropped it off- I will not be using their services ever again

It seems my car was robbed wile in their care and so far they cant be bothered to return my phone calls, i have called twice and been told a manager would call me back, but i dont think they really care that much.

I have had my car repaired by them twice, and I’ve had amazing service each time! The front desk staff is outstanding and they really prioritize great customer service. Hopefully, I don’t ever have to come back lol but if so, this will definitely be my go to collision shop! ❤️

I was on the highway when suddenly a piece of metal underneath my car came loose and began dragging on the road, making a horrendous noise. I was quite panicked, but after some deliberation decided to drive slowly to Caliber Collision to see if they could help. Immediately, a friendly employee greeted me and said they could take a look and send me on my way; I was RELIEVED!

Jesse was great! He is the one who I dealt with, although I’m sure others worked on my car, so I appreciate that. I don’t know if the quick turn around was because I was able to get my car in before others for the hail damage but they were the first shop on a list of others I called who could get me in the soonest for repairs so I picked them. The work they did was very thorough and they made it a priority to work very quickly on my vehicle! It took exactly one week for minor hail damage and replacing windshield. I know they were busy, but did everything they could to get me done quickly so I truly appreciated that!

Very upset with this location. I left my hail damage estimate and was told I would get a call to schedule an appointment. One week later no call so I called (various times) to see what was going on. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Apparently my paperwork was lost so I took another copy. This time I was told that it would be priority, one week later still no call to bring my truck in. I do not usually leave reviews, but the lack of communication has me really upset. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would urge others to do so as well.

What a great happy vibe you get once you walk into this location! I had an appointment with them for some repairs on my truck and they made it a breeze. Im all set now to drop her off and pick up my rental the same day at the same place! they took care of everything for me. like I said made it so easy and simple.
