Caliber Collision was of upmost professional from the moment I walked in. I was greeted and assigned a service advisor that listened to my needs. I was keep in communication on the status of my vehicle via text. If I had a question, I was able to text or call and received immediate attention. My vehicle was ready a few days earlier than promised. Great experience.

Unfortunately my Tesla was hit twice this year. Caliber did an excellent job at the repairs both time sand Cynthia was so helpful along the way. She makes the process simply and communicates the whole time on the progress of my car. Definitely would recommend to Tesla owners for any repairs

Had my 08 tundra go in for a hit and run on my rear bumper and they fixed everything back with no issues. The best part is after your vehicle is finished they clean the inside and detail the interior. I’m so pleased with the care and extra steps they take on vehicles. Ya the bumper was fixed but the interior looks brand new again.

I would give this company zero or negative stars if I could. I initiated a repair with them on February, which was supposed to be a simple repaint job for a Tesla Model 3. I went through their company because they are the only authorized Tesla repair shop in town. They told me due to work volume and a back order on parts that it would take until September until they could do the work. I agreed to these terms, and when the repair date came I called the shop, asking if I could take my car to the shop for repairs. They said they still hadn't sorted things out with Tesla insurance. After back and forth communications over the span of a month, I decided to reach out to Tesla insurance directly to voice my frustrations. To my surprise, they messaged me back immediately. What was Caliber Collisions doing these 8 months then?!?!? Thankfully, they didn't cash the check or else this would have fallen into the realm of insurance fraud (taking customer or an insurance companies money and then not following up with promised work is considered fraud). I asked Tesla to void the check, provided my own evidence of the damages, and took it to an alternate shop (Top Rank Customs) for a separate estimate. Customer service so far has been a night and day difference. Still remains to be seen as to their quality of work, but they do have a 5 star rating on google. Not that I am advocating any companies per se for your auto repairs, just that you should seriously reconsider having your Tesla repaired by Caliber Collisions. Their customer service is very poor, they have a massive backlog, and they essentially hold their customer's hostage due to their monopoly on Tesla repairs.

Wouldn’t help me with my problem because insurance wasn’t paying. They said they couldn’t make a warranty for their work with the corrosion but if they could it would be $500-$600 dollars. Went to a body shop down the road. Fixed me up right away for $40.

Chloe and her team at the Modesto/West shop are excellent! They completely redid another body shop's work that was done wrong. They are very professional and keep you in the loop on your car. I would highly recommend them! They are 1 of 2 shops certified to work on aluminum in the area.

Caliber, West. Did amazing job on my Tesla. My Tesla got into a little fender bender on the back bumper. Luis took care of me and talked to my insurance about my deductible, and took care of my Tesla and got it out quick less than a week. Thank you Luis and west caliber team.

I took my Model 3 to Caliber on Modesta St El Paso, TX after I was rear ended. Luis Reyes assured me that my car would well taken care of. When I got my car back from them, they had “washed it” and we did a walk through to check their work. I never thought of checking the interior since they were only doing body work. After I took my car home and washed it by hand and also cleaned the anterior of the car, this was almost two weeks later. I noticed that they didn’t put it back together properly l, and they had damaged areas of the back seat. I called Luis and he kept telling me they didn’t touch those areas, even though they left finger prints all over the trim around the doors on the back, where they created the damage. The fabric was scratched, dirty and pulled away from the frame. The vent in the back has a broken piece, and the floor was not tucked in. You’ll see on photos. My car was pretty much untouched in the back because no one ever is in those back seats. I was very furious that I had to take it back, the denial of what damage they did and after taking it a second time, I still have damage. I took my car to get fixed, not to have them create more damage. I had a lot of sand in my car when I got it back, and that after they so called “cleaned it” Also, my trunk was not well sealed after they put it back together, water was getting in when it rained and when I washed my car. That was fixed well.

This body shop is fantastic! I'll be bringing all my vehicles here for repairs from now on. Their service is speedy, their customer service is excellent, and they keep you informed every step of the way. They're efficient and accommodating—I received my vehicle back three days earlier than expected! Absolutely top-notch, 11 out of 10 stars!

Amazing service! Probably the best we’ve ever received from an auto body shop. We were so frustrated with the availability of the paint color for our car but it was Tesla’s lack of availability since it was one of their new paint colors. Marc and Cynthia were so great at updating us regularly and were never negative. They were both so pleasant to speak with that it made us feel less frustrated. They were also extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I don’t know is all Tesla certified body shops are like this but I hope they are because it gives us such piece of mind that when the unexpected happens, we have a trusted body shop. They were able to complete my wife’s Model X right before she was set to have her schedule C-Section and we really needed a SUV to make things easier for her. Thank you again!
