Just completed a repair with Caliber Collision, Fort Worth, Southwest. The work was done professionally and on time. I want to particularly thank Kyle for going the extra mile to be sure the repair was done right and that I was satisfied. I’d also like to recognize Theresa at the front desk for her kindness, and competence. She makes doing business with Caliber easy. Should the need arise, I will definitely use this location again.

Vickie did an amazing job taking care of us and communicating every step of the way. She dealt with all the small issues around my car claim and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I would recommend anyone to this body shop.

Took my car to get fixed after I was shot at on the highway great body work, but never finished the job. Was told they’d get my trunk mat ordered correct after they ordered the wrong one, 4 months later I still haven’t received the mat even though my insurance already paid for it, not to mention they had to replace a window that was shot out and I had to bring the car back a second time because they forgot to tint the window before giving me my car back. Still waiting on my trunk mat Vickie i’d appreciate if you finished the job you started.

Vicky from Caliber Collision was an excellent service representative. She communicated with us, was honest, efficient, helpful, explained all our repair details, made it simple to drop off and pick up our Lexus, along with keeping our car an extra week while we were out of town. The shop efficiently completed all the necessary repairs for our vehicle. Vicky was in contact with our insurance company and notified them of the estimated repairs, along with additional unseen repair work. She took care of all insurance paperwork, so our contact with them was minimal. I will return to Caliber Collision should I need their services again and highly recommend them for their quality service and workmanship.

I have used Caliber Collision without exception in 5 separate instances and after this past, I will NEVER use them again. I will make a long story short by saying Vic and Chad are some of the most unprofessional, over promise/under deliver individuals I have worked with. They had my truck for 3 months when they had estimated 5 week completion. This alone cost me thousands more in monthly payments for a truck I couldnt drive. Then when they gave me the truck back there was still a tremendous amount of work that needed to be fixed on it so AGAIN I had taken time off work for nothing. Then when they finally gave me my truck back, the electronic side running boards never worked again. The only option they gave me was so bring the truck back in for another month to fix.... I cannot explain the amount of disappointment, frustration, disrespect and unacceptable business practices this specific location has brought me especially through such an already stressful time from dealing with the accident. It was certainly a shame on me moment for not pushing harder, earlier for my truck to be moved to a more professional / equipped facility. I will NEVER use Caliber Collision and have filed a personal complaint with the BBB.... Update…. After my review, the company reached out. Investigated the business relationship they had with the mechanic that worked on my truck, severed ties with them so no one else has to deal with that trash company. And caliber reimbursed me for the damages for the broken stuff the mechanic left broken. They 100% turned this entire ship around

I was nervous after my wreck, but Kyle was reassuring and made the process completely seamless from start to finish. He interfaced with the insurance company, updated me regularly and with professionalism, and got my car back to better than new. He even returned my rental car for me at the end of the repair. Truly took a ton of stress off my shoulders after such a chaotic event. Would highly recommend.

Great shop. Great customer service. Personable, friendly and knowledgeable people. They communicate well with customers. They don't mess around compared to others. The repairs were done accurately and in a very timely way. Would gladly recommend.

Miss Vicky did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. I always knew what she was doing on my behalf and whose court the ball was in (usually the insurance company). She was very thorough in inspecting my car and ensuring it was returned to me fixed and clean. Theresa (at the front desk) is very pleasant and friendly. And…my car looks great!!!!!
