I was nervous after my wreck, but Kyle was reassuring and made the process completely seamless from start to finish. He interfaced with the insurance company, updated me regularly and with professionalism, and got my car back to better than new. He even returned my rental car for me at the end of the repair. Truly took a ton of stress off my shoulders after such a chaotic event. Would highly recommend.

Great shop. Great customer service. Personable, friendly and knowledgeable people. They communicate well with customers. They don't mess around compared to others. The repairs were done accurately and in a very timely way. Would gladly recommend.

Miss Vicky did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. I always knew what she was doing on my behalf and whose court the ball was in (usually the insurance company). She was very thorough in inspecting my car and ensuring it was returned to me fixed and clean. Theresa (at the front desk) is very pleasant and friendly. And…my car looks great!!!!!

I have used Caliber Collision without exception in 5 separate instances and after this past, I will NEVER use them again. I will make a long story short by saying Vic and Chad are some of the most unprofessional, over promise/under deliver individuals I have worked with. They had my truck for 3 months when they had estimated 5 week completion. This alone cost me thousands more in monthly payments for a truck I couldnt drive. Then when they gave me the truck back there was still a tremendous amount of work that needed to be fixed on it so AGAIN I had taken time off work for nothing. Then when they finally gave me my truck back, the electronic side running boards never worked again. The only option they gave me was so bring the truck back in for another month to fix.... I cannot explain the amount of disappointment, frustration, disrespect and unacceptable business practices this specific location has brought me especially through such an already stressful time from dealing with the accident. It was certainly a shame on me moment for not pushing harder, earlier for my truck to be moved to a more professional / equipped facility. I will NEVER use Caliber Collision and have filed a personal complaint with the BBB....

They were great! Vickie gave me a timeline and they stuck to it and even though one of the windows wasn’t tinted correctly, had to bring it back to have it fixed and the trunk mat that they replaced was incorrect, waiting to see if they fix that now.

Caliber was chosen by my insurance company to repair a wrecked vehicle for my daughter. Was told on 4 separate occasions the car would be ready on a specific date and even twice that it was ready when it wasn't. The customer service was good aside from the misinformation and the repair came back in good shape.

This is a wonderful, wonderful place ya’ll. The people working here are the kindest, most flexible and knowledgeable in the industry. I was hit my a vehicle and not only did this shop fix the damage perfectly but they also fixed another completely unrelated problem from before. On top of all of this, they even put a new battery in my remote key! Therese and Vickie and angels hiding as angels. They were so helpful with my kids. This is the only collision caliber you need if you live in Fort Worth!

Whew! My man Kyle is the truth! He made sure my vehicle was repaired and done so in a timely manner! This was the third caliber it was at for different reasons but it didn’t leave this one until it was repaired. It wasn’t an easy one either. My man even got the car back to me with little work on my end. Can Kyle get a raise??! He really deserves it. Thank you Caliber Collision (I know Kyle didn’t do everything) and Kyle for your awesome customer service and everyone involved with repairing my vehicle! A+++++++

I was involved in a hit and run accident and Caliber Collision took great care of my car. They left it brand new like when I got it from the dealership. They completed my repairs a week before the due date and kept me informed through the repair process. Every member of the team was outstanding, I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle. My car is in perfect condition now after the accident thanks to them.
