The customer service is excellent and they strive to make repair in a timely manner. However, during my experience with caliber, they installed the wrong color parts and some of the parts they have been unable to get the correct ones in due to a conflict with a vendor, leaving my repairs undone at this time.

Very communicative but adequate work at best. Look at the panel gaps after just a small accident. Raised up at least a quarter inch on each side. Terrible quality control.

John and the team not only did amazing work but also bent over backwards to get the all of the parts in time to meet the deadline I needed it done by. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Overall pretty good experience. Took our vehicle here after we were rear ended. Our vehicle looks like it did before the accident and they were pretty easy to work with and accommodating. The only minor issue we had is the “tailgate open” light kept coming on after we came to pick up the vehicle so we had to bring it back again a few days later after they ordered a new sensor. I wish they would have double checked this before telling us it was ready, but they claim it wasn’t doing that before I picked it up. Strange and I guess I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I'm very happy with the repairs to my BMW. My car looks brand new, like the accident never happened. Everyone was always nice and helpful to me. Patrick always kept me informed on the progress of my car. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

Used the Enterprise in Caliber for a Dodge Chalenger more than 2 weeks prior to the date I needed it. Yes it says " if the car you rented is not available they will give you something compatible to the o e you requested". They tried to give me a 4 door Charger. Nope not compatible at all. More like a Camero but not a 4 door sedan. Absolutely no comparison. Chalanger for a Charger... Yes I'm a woman and yes the engines are compatible but I wanted a sports car not something I can drive the family around in. I will not recommend Enterprise ever and will NEVER EVER use them again. They should even advertise that car if they don't have it. I would say that's false advertisement

After hitting an object in the road while driving on 114, I took my vehicle to Caliber. My entire driver side was ruined. I was afraid my car would never look the same. Caliber did an amazing job!!! Not only were they efficient about getting the work done, it looked amazing. I am very pleased with how it turned out. You would never know there was ever any damage done. I highly recommend this store and their staff!!! If you are trying to figure out where to take your car, this is the place!
