Used the Enterprise in Caliber for a Dodge Chalenger more than 2 weeks prior to the date I needed it. Yes it says " if the car you rented is not available they will give you something compatible to the o e you requested". They tried to give me a 4 door Charger. Nope not compatible at all. More like a Camero but not a 4 door sedan. Absolutely no comparison. Chalanger for a Charger... Yes I'm a woman and yes the engines are compatible but I wanted a sports car not something I can drive the family around in. I will not recommend Enterprise ever and will NEVER EVER use them again. They should even advertise that car if they don't have it. I would say that's false advertisement

Highly recommend Caliber at Beach. They started communication with me (affected party) right away and after promising a fair 2-week turnaround, we got our automobile back in 5 days.

Tyler at Caliber Collision was amazing to work with! He made the whole process easy and stress-free, keeping me updated on my car’s progress the entire time. My car came back looking fantastic, like nothing ever happened to it. Tyler was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. After hitting an object in the road while driving on 114, I took my vehicle to Caliber. My entire driver side was ruined. I was afraid my car would never look the same. Caliber did an amazing job!!! Not only were they efficient about getting the work done, it looked amazing. I am very pleased with how it turned out. You would never know there was ever any damage done. I highly recommend this store and their staff!!! If you are trying to figure out where to take your car, this is the place!

These people do not understand how insurance deductibles work. I had to wait over an hour for them to confirm basic information I shared with them several times prior to pickup. And to top it off they sent me home with some one else's final paperwork. Which is a leak of non public private personal information as it included home addresses, phone numbers, VIN and other identifiable information. Do better. Body work looked great so A plus to the shop workers. Also the Enterprise rental here is atrocious.

I was hit by an uninsured idiot and I thought my car would never be the same. After my insurance recommended Caliber it looks brand new!!! I am very happy with the whole process!! They called me weekly with updates and the car was actually finished early!! They have a enterprise rental office in the building, which makes it easier! I highly recommend them!! Tyler kept me informed the whole time!! They even cleaned the inside of my car!!
