Cody thoroughly explained my estimate and how long the repair process would take according to parts availability. He was very professional and a pleasant to work with. He updated me throughout the entire repair process and made me feel comfortable about the level of service I was receiving. Caliber Collision did an outstanding job with restoring my car back to near factory condition. The repairs were completed within the specified time frame. Big shout to Cody, Chris and the whole Caliber staff.

AMAZING service! Monica was super friendly and accommodating! My car was even done early. Communication is super impressive compared to other shops. Location is a little confusing, but it’s worth it because of the people and the service. 10/10!

Be aware that they data share your personal info to Carfax. I withdrew my claim, didnt get the over priced repairs and now carfax is emailing and calling me about my service record. I NEVER authorized anyone to share my info.

The staff has always been nice; however, the service has been horrible. Early this year I was involved in a minor wreck and brought my car to Caliber. This resulted in multiple trips to fix issues they didn’t fix the first time with the paint and multiple cars they had to rent for me while they fixed their mistakes. I’m grateful for the rentals but it’s frustrating how many fines we were without trout car and to top it off the issue still isn’t fixed correctly we just don’t have time to keep bringing the car in

100 percent recommend caliber collision on Denton. My jeep needed reports repairs from an accident. Monica kept me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately I needed to return the jeep as a check engine light came on. To my surprise they were quick to get the jeep in. I will continue to use this location for all my car care needs. The work is done right or they will look at the vehicle again. I haven’t noticed the delay as I’m aware each time where we are in the process!

I used to sing the praises of this caliber and have used them multiple times. Heck even asked for a quote for futurebusiness. But this time has made me absolutely looking for a different repair shop. I got my bumper fixed after an accident. they told me two weeks called me with in 2 or 3 days saying it was done. that would have been great but they didn't finished. The fuse box panel cover was left under my seat. my truck decal thing that they show on the invoice to have replaced nothing was there. And my mirror was broke. had to take it back in next day they where open and now they are going with the we can't say yes or no we did it... it wasn't like that when I brought it in and I had to spend almost another hr from.work to do a sticker and for you to put tape on my mirror that didn't even stay long enough to get to work... A company I chose to come to when bad happens should not make the situation worse. I will definitely be looking for a new repair shop as I don't trust this one at all.
