11/10 stars! Felipe is the best. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but very honest as well. I went in for a 2016 Dodge Ram bumper repair and he provided me with a reasonable time line AND delivered the truck on said date. If you happen to use this location, make sure to ask for Felipe. 100% recommended.

Felipe did an amazing job. He has great customer service. The rest of the staff were also good as well. Felipe kept me informed on all updates and always worked with me the entire time my car was at caliber collision. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs any repairs done.

I went to Caliber Collosion ar the Herndon/Milburn location in Fresno California. I was helped at the front desk by Maria who met me with a smile and a "Good morning, how can I help you." I explained my situation and she immediately was able to refer me to one of their shop employeesn Felipe, who came out to my car and assessed my situation. Felipe was very nice, professional and thorough in his evaluation of my of the issue with my vehicles paint. I have done business with Caliber Collosion at a couple of their locations in the past. It is refreshing to see some businesses still value customer service in a day and age it is hard to find.

My service man was pleasant, fully explained what he was going to do. He kept me informed along the way and my car was completed even before he thought it would as they had to order parts. I have used Caliber several times and I have always been completely satisfied.

Amazing staff; easy going and very friendly! Went and got problems taken care of! My car didn’t just sit there for a long time like other shops. Every question I had they answered and gave me a spot on estimate on repairs! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

I had an amazing experience at the Caliber on Milburn. The staff here are extremely helpful and very professional. Henry and Felipe were extremely helpful and the process to fixing my vehicle was very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this place!

this location take pride in customer service and quality. making sure their customers cars are taken care of and meeting deadlines/demands. I've worked with this location going on a year & many other caliber collisions but this location has the best service by far. Rebecca and Felipe are the regulars we speak to. highly recommend anyone and everyone to interact with them and if they are not available WAIT! You will not be disappointed with their customer service.
