Excellent customer service! Every step of the process was handled efficiently and professionally. My car was finished a week earlier than expected and looks perfect. Brandon communicated frequently and answered my questions knowledgeably. I highly recommend them.

By far some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. The people there were so kind and helpful. I took my car in for a quote and they helped me out quickly. When they determined they couldn't help, they recommended another place to go. They even made a call and scheduled an appointment for me. I am very grateful for their help and definitely recommend them.

Customer service is terrible. Brandon is rude which is the last thing you want to deal with after getting into an accident like I did. I don't recommend.

Every person I dealt with, at both locations, were so helpful, friendly and professional. Having the Enterprise Car Rental on-site was really handy. The work on my car was completed to my satisfaction and in a very timely manner. The car looked great, when I picked it up.

Great alternative to getting your Tesla fixed and back on the road. They are the only Caliber certified to work on Tesla cars in Fresno. Great experience overall. Would recommend.

Horrible experience. The repairs they made are horrible. 1st they left bolts loose and then tried to charge for a whole other part. 2nd the work they did do started making noises and they are saying it is something totally different unrelated to the accident. Come to find out they left another peice loose. 3rd the noises returned and they say my tire bolts are now stripped and need to charge me. Wait you guys are the last ones to ever remove and replace the bolts. Clowns.

I Brought my vehicle to the Tulare location on 7/1/24. Upon arrival I was notified it would be sent to Fresno. The Fresno location had me dealing with Ronnie and Meng. I would call to get updates and all I got where excuses and promise dates that where never kept. I received my vehicle 8/12/24 wich I had to pick up in Fresno. The battery was left connected through most of the month that the vehicle was there and I kept getting critically low battery notifications wich I reached out to meng and was never addressed until a couple of days prior to finishing the repair. The interior of my vehicle is a very light cream color and I have finger prints on the "c" pillar cover the back seat was covered in sanding dust and the panels are splashed with some sort of residue. On 8/9/24 wich was one of the dates promised I get a phone call from Ronnie saying they burned through the clear coat when buffing so I had to wait another 3 days to get my vehicle. I will never take any of my vehicles to Caliber collision center.

I brought in my ‘23 Tesla Model Y for suspension check due to clicking noises after service done by a different shop out of town. I was greeted and seen promptly at my appointment time and the car was on the lift within 10 minutes. They fixed a potentially dangerous suspension problem (see pic) in 20 minutes! And to top it off, I was NOT charged a single dollar! Who does that these days?! Amazing staff and customer service. Thank you to my service advisor Christy McComb and Caliber Collision - Palm Bluff. I highly recommend this Tesla Certified shop.

I can't explain how perfect my car came out. When the accident happened, I thought my car would never be perfect again. But Ramzey and Caliber did a miracle. Ramzeys customer service and Calibers staff did an amazing job. 10 stars!!

My time at the Remington Caliber started with Ramzee, who is such a good guy in passing, that I thought of you when auto repair was needed. When I walked into the Milburn location, I was treated with such disregard, with poor customer service, I would not be using Caliber to fix my car ever, never, again. Then days later when my insurance company had caliber on the list, I said no way! And then Ramzee popped into my head, he only cared about excellence. So I guess my never was wrong because of Ramzee. From the moment I walked into his location. The feeling in the air was cleaner. The gals at the front desk were happy to have another customer. Ramzee showed up just like I would, happy to work and do his job. As we looked at the car he joked, about the day, and the accident, making the inconvenience a fun break to the stressed day, as if it was going to be ok. Ramzee walked me through the repair process, and with a handshake, this guy should be president. As the days wound down, Ramzee called with updates, which helped with the process, always pushing the envelope to a positive spin, I left each call happy I put my faith in him, as Caliber had already told me they did not want my business. The repairs were completed a day early and saved me some rental car money. The feeling that Ramzee took care of issues and did a WONDERFUL job after, such a poor original showing out of the gate from Caliber. As of today, I am happy to have my car back, and happy Ramzee was able to get it done right the 1st time. I am happy with the service I received and would recommend him in anything he was doing. He needs a raise and a company show truck with all the bells and whistles and Caliber advertising all over it. Thanks for the service you were able to provide me.

Updated review: Caliber went above and beyond after some communication errors in the beginning. Car repairs were high quality, quick, and hassle free. Brandon Gobright and the rest of the Caliber team did a fantastic job. Old review: Fair and honest review. Will update my review after repairs are completed as they do have a chance to redeem themselves. Pros: - Service Advisor, Brandon Gobright, has been professional and courteous. - The office has a professional appearance. - Their procedures seem to be thorough. I was initially confused when they showed me the paperwork with all the “dings” on the car but after walking out and looking over the car, they literally mark every time blemish on the car to know what was there before service. - after a couple weeks of not being able to get ahold of my service advisor, I asked for the manager, Meng Vang, who made sure things got handled. Cons: - extremely hard to get ahold of service advisor. I don’t know if this is actually his fault though because, before I had a service advisor assigned, I called in to schedule an appointment and they said they would call back and never did. I’m thinking it’s the receptionists that are overwhelmed with the load but they would know better than I. Overall I feel that lack of response/poor communication leads to a bad customer experience.
