Was recommended Caliber Collision by insurance company (new to the area so that was helpful). Peggy was the main person of contact and from the beginning she has been nothing but helpful, understanding and amazing. Car was in and out quickly for how much needed it be repaired. Appreciate the technicians work & how well it was done. I would recommend them to anyone & if need be will use them for any future car needs.

Brought my car in for front end damage from hitting a coyote. It was Monday when I brought it in and they had it fixed and painted by Thursday. Wow. Thank you!! You all are amazing.

Amazing service. Very helpful, honest, and fair. Way cheaper than I expected. Very dedicated staff. The lady at the desk was so friendly. Johnny was the best. Very nice and knowledgeable and patient. They helped me through a tough time after a vehicle break in. I felt like a valued costumer. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service from all the staff great repair job on our vehicle. Our 2015 Toyota Venza was rear-ended. They got us in right away put a brand new bumper on it. It was ready to go in no time just a few days. If we ever need repairs done again we will definitely be coming back. The back end looks awesome.

5 starts across the board!!!! They made the experience great and my car was even done a week early! Can’t even tell anything happened to it! They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car, which I was not expecting at all! Everyone was very friendly and professional. :) I would recommend this place to everyone needing repairs!

My experience with caliber collision was so professional and respectful. My car was repaired on time and I couldn't not believe my eyes upon pickup. My car was repaired to perfection. I would recommend caliber collision one hundred percent to who ever is in need of a collision repair.

Had some work done for an insurance claim. It was almost $2000 dollars to repair 3 dents and some scratches and they didn’t repair all of the dents. I looked through the invoice after I left of everything done on the vehicle. They removed both bumpers and all my headlights and did a diagnostic and all sorts of other things not needed on the car. Charged for all of it when the damage on my vehicle was solely on the doors and just behind them. They told me they almost considered the vehicle “totaled” when there was 3 dents (all the size of a grapefruit or smaller and some scratches. They charged the insurance company $1,988 to repair 3 dents and paint some scratches and when I got the vehicle back they only fixed 1 of the dents and the scratches. I feel as though I should have taken my vehicle somewhere else. I’m more or less surprised that they have such good reviews considering the experience I had. They also had me sign paperwork saying the work on the car was good before they brought the tech out to show me the vehicle I thought that was kind of sleazy as well. One of the first things the tech said to me when I brought it for an inspection was “you know all this isn’t gonna get fixed right?”. I was so taken aback I said “what do you mean it’s not gonna get fixed?” He said “if you have scratches on the hood or on the trunk like we aren’t gonna fix that”. I said “yeah I just expect you to fix the dents and where it was scratched up on the side doors, the insurance company sent photos of the problem areas” he said “okay just wanna make sure you understand”. If I would have known he planned to not fix all the dents and charge for a bunch of other stuff not needed I would have went somewhere else. On the flip side they were very timely in fixing what they did fix and communicated with me through the process and the woman at the counter was very nice.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had. And it’s tough now a days to find reliable service. Caliber is the real deal and would recommend anyone with work needing done to give them a try. I’m very happy we found them.
