My wife and I were on our way to Atlanta for Thanksgiving and stopped for gas in Knoxville, Tennessee when someone ran into my car door and damaged it enough that I couldn't close the door. We were 3+ hours away from our destination and we couldn't drive with the door open so we went to a Caliber Collision nearby. They agreed to look at it and came back with the comment that they would try to fix it in a few hours, but couldn't guarantee it was possible until they got to working on it. They said it would be a couple of hours. We were happy to know we would probably get to Atlanta that night. We were even more thrilled when the guy came back to the lobby in about 30 minutes with the door working perfectly and only needing some minor work and paint when we got home. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and we can't say enough about how much we appreciated them saving our holiday. I highly recommend them for anyone needing work on their car.

The team at Caliber worked really hard to get my repair right. The paint color was off at first, but they took the extra time to fix it, and they were very attentive along the way. Appreciate that the car was clean inside and out when it was returned. Athena did a great job of keeping me informed and making sure that I was happy. It's nice that the repair is warrantied too.

My husband and I have only had a couple of vehicle mishaps and it was a hassle. Caliber collision made the process seamless. The folks were very friendly and patient with questions. They coordinate with the car rental company so your not scrambling or Ubering a ride. You can leave the rental at CC after your vehicle is fixed, which was really nice. We liked the walk through to make sure we are happy. An unexpected surprise was having our truck cleaned and vacuumed really well. Although nobody likes accidents with their car, big or small but CC made the experience seamless.

UPDATE: After posting the review below, they contacted me and properly completed the repair at no additional cost. 1. They low-balled the estimate in order to win the bid with my insurance company. Work cost almost twice what they quoted. 2. Repair took much longer than promised, almost two weeks longer; gave some excuse about the computer system being down, blah blah...when in actuality they guessed the repair wrong and had to order more parts. 3. Repair was done improperly. I have attempted to contact them via mail, text and phone; no response. Guess I need to go sit in their waiting room.

Overall great experience. Jason was a pleasure to work with. Service was completed ahead of schedule. Pricing and timeline was way better than BodyWerks. Volvo recommended BodyWerks to me. Next time I am at Volvo for service I will tell them they should send people to Caliber.
