I will never use this place again. Once you're out of their hair,then the hell with you. Called about the warranty related things, and treated with disrespectful language. Totally disapprove of this communication.

My vehicle needed repair after an accident. My insurance USAA recommended them. Everything went smoothly and my vehicle looks good as new. Thank you for your help Richard. It was also nice that they have a relationship with Enterprise, so it was easy to pick up and return a rental car.

Rick and his team are top notch! I have had two separate repairs on my vehicle at this shop, both experiences being overwhelming positive. The whole team is great at communicating and is very willing to explain all your repairs. I would recommend their shop to anyone needing repairs in the area. Thank you guys!!

Great communication with Zach, he kept us up to date on the progress. There was more damage to the undercarriage and engine than what we noted at drop off, so it took a few days longer than expected through no fault of their own. The damage caused the passenger door to pop when opening/closing & when my insurance denied to cover it (even though I stated that in the online claim & the verbal interview with my agent), Caliber said it was such an easy fix that they did it at no charge to me. I would absolutely go back & recommend you give them your business as well.

Zach Long and the team at this location are truly professionals. Cost and time of repair was very good. They even washed my truck. I would definitely use them again. I hope that I don't have to though.

Calibers was recommended by our insurance company. The repairs to both our cars were mediocre at best. Both required us to return for more repairs. Honestly would not recommend them.

I would avoid this shop at all costs. I had my car repaired at Caliber after an accident and now I have a totaled car. Due to Caliber not properly billing insurance and getting approval for continued repairs, weeks after picking up my vehicle I am now having to surrender my car to insurance as a total loss. (They were approved for 9k and billed 15k which placed my car into the total loss category.) The negligence that could have been avoided had the shop done its due diligence. Find another shop so you aren't blindsided like I was.

The staff is very kind. They did a great job on all my repairs. They had my car ready sooner than I thought they would. They kepted me informed with the status of my car while they did the repairs. My car looks like new. I was very pleased from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up.

**Update: I was able to get in touch with them and they fixed the problems. After speaking with the manager, I learned what I need to ask if I ever have to go to a body shop again. I have only ever had to one other time, and it was over a decade ago. Things I learned: they will detail your car unless you ask them not to. Apparently this is industry standard. It is a good idea to check under the car for additional damage, even if it looks like it is just to the top side. OEM parts may not fit the same, but can still be safe and secure. Initial review: Unsure what the standard for a body shop is, but im not super pleased.

Caliber Collision fought and won for me when my insurance company wanted to total my immaculate 2013 Ford Taurus Limited over strictly cosmetic damage. Best company of any kind I have ever dealt with.
