Brought our car in to get some damage fixed from hitting a deer. While picking up our car I noticed multiple body panel clips were missing, fog light that was cracked wasn’t replaced, and they completely forgot the radiator shroud. As a customer I had to tell the employee what was missing and what needs to be put back on the vehicle. When you take your car to a mechanic/body shop your car should be in the same condition it was when it was brought in or better. Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Please do not let this shop work in your car.

Cooper and the guys at Caliber Collision here in North Knoxville went far beyond anything I expected. They communicated with me frequently while the work was being done, which I appreciated. My car was finished on time and looked absolutely amazing. It looked brand new! I was almost stunned! I’m pretty sure they did a few things they didn’t absolutely have to, but I’m grateful and would recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work!

I took my mustang in for hail damage and they were able tk get over 150 dents out and only had the car for 2 days. Great group of people excellent service
