I had to take my car for service. I had the honor to deal with Abraham who is the GM at this location. Customer service is natural to him. The smile doesn’t leave his face. He is extremely friendly, kind, sincere, genuine ,professional, honest, courteous, respectful and caring. He is very attentive and listen to what u are saying and make sure that the problem is resolve 100% and above customer satisfaction! Abraham make sure that the customer doesn’t leave his shop unsatisfied. He is genuinely committed to providing an outstanding customer service and 💯 customer satisfaction! He truly and sincerely cares about his clients and their satisfactions. He is a top notch leader and example to his employees! Abraham is the BEST OF THE BEST!! He is a person of dignity and of honor!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! First this place had my car over a month claiming they were waiting for parts to come in. Four times was there a problem with the decal guy either he left early, he wasn’t in that day, and the best one yet the decal shriveled up. They claimed to have done a wheel alignment one my vehicle, yet my wheel was still crooked. THEN once the decal supposedly shriveled I was informed that they would have to order another decal and it wouldn’t be in till next week. Frustrated isn’t even the word. I advised them to call a dealership locally to see it they have it. They finally find a dealer ship IN LAS VEGAS they said it would have to be shipped….why does a small decal from a local dealership need to be shipped. I explained to them since this was such a unprofessional service that they should go get the decal so it will be placed on in the morning. After Chris kept going back and forth with me about it being delivered I finally asked to speak to the general manager. Once I spoke with Peter or whatever his name is he advised me that they will call the dealership to pick it up and they will call me back shortly. I never received a call back and now they are closed. Even from the general manager it is unacceptable, unprofessional service. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow to report this, as well as file a complaint with the BBB. If you want your car fix right and in a appropriate amount of time DO NOT GO HERE!!

Caliber collision staff was extremely professional polite and walked me through every step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend caliber collision to anyone looking for a collision repair shop special thanks to Khris Koshkarian, He’s Guidance throughout the whole process was phenomenal!

I took my Honda to these guys to fix my rear bumper after getting rear ended by some idiot in a truck. The replacement part does not seem to fit properly with the rest of the car, 1/4 inch separation. Also, the latch for the seats to fold down in the trunk no longer works. In order to close the trunk, I have to slam it down much harder than before. They had my car for a month, and the repair is something that does not seem very professional. I would never take my car to these guys again.

We had a trunk light replaced on our 2019 Honda civic. Michael Mendez was our service advisor. He gave us a honest & accurate quote. He was very friendly & professional. They did a nice job on repairing my back door but now the window doesn't roll down so l have to call Monday and go all the way back there and be without my car again for them to fix it Suggest for future when you put the panel doors back you check the window to make sure it works. Also they never called when my car was done. I didn't even know it was sitting for 2 days until the rental car place called and said l was supposed to bring my car back because caliber let them know my car was done. To inconvenience your customers like this is unexcusable for the amount of money repairs cost. Now l have to wait 2 days before they open again just to make an appointment to get my window working again. I called Monday and they fixed my window right away Daniel and his staff were wonderful to work with even with the issues

I contact Max at Caliber Collision on W. Rochelle Ave. and asked if he could help with a headlight alignment issue I was having. He recommended I bring my car in for a look. When I got to the shop, the whole team was very helpful right away. Telling me someone will be with me shortly. I meet Max and the GM and explained what the dilemma was with the headlights and they told me they would have the tech look at it. Within 5 mins they found the problem, brought me into the shop and showed me the problem and showed me how to fix it. This experience was above and beyond my expectations. Very accommodating even though I didn't have an appointment and managed my expectations. I would highly recommended this shop for service. Thank you, Max Bill Mundell Dodge avenger.
