The folks at Caliber were very thorough and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process and got me a rental car without my asking! The repair was perfect and everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. They did a really great job!

Anything car related is a dreaded task for me so I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly easy this process was. They were transparent, fast and super easy to work with! This shop was recommended by my insurance but I’ll be keeping them in mind for any repairs going forward!

Beware of extra charges! I was quoted ~$1k to fix the front bumper of my car. When I went to pick it up I was given a bill for $1.5k. This, apparently, was due to a recalibration that was not mentioned, or quoted in my initial estimate. When I raised this to the person who had provided my estimate I was told there was nothing that could be done. It felt like robbery.

Great job. I have used Caliber several times because my CRV is being targeted; even by electric scooter drivers. The staff are always thoughtful, honest and on time.

Took my car to be fixed after a non at fault accident( rear ended) . My a/c completely stopped working immediately after the accident. Was told via Diana a/c will not be covered as it has nothing to do with accident. These guys are scammers! Not only did they paint my car the wrong color but also forgot to add reinforcements clips to the bumper! Diana was very smart mouth over the phone and very cold in person. A bit of customer service training will do her some good. The other 1 star reviews are saying the exact same thing! Clearly there is truth in that. Another customer stated they forgot to add the clips to their car as well! NEGLIGENCE at best!

Terrible experience here. I got damage to my front bumper and underside and they only repaired the bumper. I had to bring it back again but because they didn’t do it right the first time I had to open a second claim. And then the part that was damaged, the reason I brought it in to begin with, started scraping the the ground again and I had to bring it in a THIRD time. Poor communication, bad work ethic. Would not recommend.

These guys were quick and did quality work. The text alerts kept me up to date on when parts were arriving and how the work was coming along. I could not be happier with the work and the service.

Worst service ever anywhere. Did not communicate effectively. Poor quality work. Racist staff. I paid my bill. They tried to steal my car by refusing to give me my key. Your policy is not law. Less than useless manager.

They were all wonderful. My car looks brand new. They communicate through the whole process is great. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are also so nice which I think is very important. Couldn’t be happier

Good experience. Had some work done on my bumper and headlight. Was done in half the time they promised and the bumper looks like new. I did have to return because the headlight that needed buffing was left a bit opaque and murky. They let me come in the next day and had it done within 30mins without any pushback whatsoever. So, really solid customer service despite the small oversight. I can’t speak on the price because it was through insurance, but would probably go back here even if it wasn’t.
