Highly recommend this Caliber Collision location! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This process was absolutely so easy . Well lets just say the ladies who made this so effortless for me , made it easy. I came in for my Nissan Rouge 2020 hit and run damage and without no time less than 2 weeks for all the parts and ned paint job, my car couldn't look better. The main reason I am writing this review is based on the two ladies who were so kind to me and helped me through this process. Josslin at the front desk making sure I felt comfortable with this process with every word she said just vibed with my anxiety to stay calm. & ALMA the progressive representative who kept me up to date with each and every step of fixings, thru texts calls and confidence. I am not only WOMAN empowerment 100%, but when I get a women who are powerful, confident and strong around me , I feel the safest . Thank you both for making my hassle be a no hassle. I will be sending all my clients to you in all of their collision, body work needs !

Best body repair shop on Wilcox avenue. This is the best Caliber location . Shop is extra clean, lots of professionally trained workers. Car was delivered squeaky clean within the promised time . I am a happy customers and will recommend to all my friends

While the folks were very polite (with the exception of the mechanic who was patronizing) I chose this repair shop based on a recommendation from AAA yet got my car back with new issues it did not have when I took it in. I then had to take it to the dealership where I was told that the new issues weren’t true.

Geno Genematas kept updated throughout the entire repair process. The repairs were outstanding. They completed the repairs before the time promised. The car looks brand new again. I will always use and recommend Caliber Collision in the future.

Caliber did a great job fixing our 23 lexus rx350 after we were hit. The damage was fairly extensive as the rear door was smashed and suspension bent. From start to finish they were on the ball and it was done faster than expected. Everyone at the shop in venice was service oriented with great communication. I would 100% recommend them !
