Josh Huerta exceeded my expectations for customer service! He stayed past closing time to capture photos of my damaged vehicle, and forwarded them to the insurance company. (The insurance rep had not been responsive nor cooperative up until that point). He texted me frequently during the 10-day repair. Josh addressed my concerns when I called. He did not release my vehicle until he personally inspected it for quality service. And insured it was detailed like-new -- inside and out! Chloe and Heather in the office were caring and reassuring, helping me with insurance and car rental snafus. It was obvious to me, that everyone at the Broadway Ave shop took their job seriously, and seemed to truly enjoy working each other as fellow employees. All in all, what began as a frustrating process, turned into an above-and-beyond customer experience! A truly professional and friendly business!

Repair of my vehicle at Caliper Collision was a very positive experience. From start to finish I was kept informed of progress and the repair was excellent. I was especially impressed with the young man (Bladen) who repaired my car - he was polite, friendly, professional and answered any question I had. I highly recommend him!

This is where you take your vehicle if you hope to have the best experience possible! It’s that simple. Caliber was able to begin work on my vehicle weeks before any other shop could, and finished it earlier than projected, without any sacrifice in quality or care. The car looked new, and is without any indications of deficiency. They maintained updates at perfect intervals, and their customer care is above the rest. True professionals, and I’d recommend them to anyone who is in need of repair services. I won’t hesitate to go with them if I ever have problems again. Thanks so much, Caliber, and Bailey (as my POC). Y’all are outstanding! UPDATE (18 months later - Dec ‘24): I had the misfortune of getting rear-ended while stopped at a traffic signal. After having had Caliber help me once before, I knew to get my car into them after the accident. And I was right! They did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle, and Steve was a big help. He kept me informed throughout the process and had my car back to me early! Thanks again, Caliber and Steve! I’ve already recommended y’all before (my friend had repair work done with y’all), and I won’t hesitate to refer people to y’all in the future!

Tremendous service. The entire team is helpful and understanding how car accidents can impact a family. They were honest and straight forward with repairs, moved as quickly as possible w/o jeopardizing repairs; kept the process simple. Andres was extremely communicative and kind. Was connected by my insurance to get repairs on my Camry and Erik was great with providing support. The job on my bumper was excellent! Front desk were very helpful with explaining the process. They also offer an online system that updates one with where in the process the car is. Along with Andres being great with communicating with me on updates on my car also.

I love working with Caliber. Their work is always awesome and fast!! My lift gate was replaced and my bumper fixed. Even though someone scratched it the next day...sigh...thanks ya'll for the great work!!
