They are Very professional, they did excellent work on my car!!! The Atmosphere an employees were so warm and friendly from the sweet lady at the front desk to the awesome gentleman that went over my car repairs with me. I highly recommend Caliber collision 👍🏽

They did a great job.I am very statisfied with the work they did.I strongly suggest this place to fix any repairs on your vechile.They went above and beyond to check my passenger's window that was broken and repaired by another repair shop to find out it was a bolt that I was hearing when I shut the door which it is very impressive because they did not have to do that it was greatly appreciated.The secretary was wonderful and friendly.She was on top of everything .Thank you so much.

I was helped by Robert Yuhas while in Panama City, FL. The skid plate on my car wasn’t fully fastened from my last oil change so he helped take it the rest of the way off so no further damage would happen while driving. Thank you for being kind and very helpful! Much appreciated.

The employees that work here go miles beyond their scope of employment to give you a good experience. I had my truck front bumper repaired after a head on collision The repairs were done so fast even my coworkers were shocked. We had a total repair within 4 weeks. They gave me a guarantee that if I had any issues with the work they did, all I would have to do was call and they would take care of me. And that's exactly what they did. Due to limitation that my insurance company set on caliber they could not order OEM parts to repair my front bumper. I needed a part to do a grill upgrade and Kyle McKinley took a personal interest in getting me taken care of. His leadership and time spent out of shop set his team aside from the competition. He reordered the part I needed and discounted me for the trouble. He even offered to repaint the part at a discounted rate ( we ended up not needing the paint). His efforts saved me $$$ and I'm leaving this unfortunate situation with a smile on my face. Customers should ask for Kyle to lead their projects and his management should encourage employees to emulate Kyle's dedication to customer care.

This place should be rated 0 stars but google won’t let you post without at least one. After being in an accident caused by another driver this place was recommended through my insurance app. Immediate reviews I read made me think I was okay to take my less than year old vehicle here. Little did I know my 2-3 day fix ended up taking 2 weeks. Incorrect parts were order for the job causing this to be extended. They will not call you with updates you will have to seek them out. And even after getting your vehicle back don’t expect the issues to end there. I had to bring my vehicle back for them to fix issues that didn’t start till my car was left in their possession to be fixed. This is not how business should be conducted nor how you should ever treat customers spending hundreds of dollars
